These are not lectures. These are investigations which of yourself you do with the speaker. When you perceive the truth like he has then you act like he has done for himself. That’s why you just listen. No note taking. But the problem is because of our conditioning we can’t listen unless we get rid of our conditioning but clearing the contents of our consciousness. Then only we can get into a meditative state automatically without any practice just by choiceless observation.

This talk made me understand jiddu Krishnamurthi core teaching very clearly ...i mean when he talked about things like measurement, thought, past, Psychological time, Success, Ideas and my identification with these things through will power, copying, imitating, pressuring self ,stress towards those things just to get an identity in life due to fear of loneliness or being nothing or being a normal human being.

The profound intelligence espoused by Krishnamurti concerning the meaning of actions and then inaction (from 44.45 onwards) takes meditation in daily living to a dimension that is so astonishing and far ahead of conventional knowledge that it enters the unknown psychological world to give insight into the real possibility of a different understanding of freedom for human beings.

I don't think I understood any of this today. I'll come back to it when I'm ready to understand this

'The moment you identify yourself with another, there is separation'. This to me with my limited knowledge is unclear. What I understand is two people, though husband or wife, are different and so are separate??. My understanding of 'Identification with another' means that I am the another. Advance Thanks for sharing.

When you identify with anything, there is you who identify with something, between you and the thing you identify with there is separation.
When you identify with your wife, the separation is because the "I" who identifies with her, between I and her there is separation. If you listen to the discussion in which he talks about the ending of the me( dont remember which ) , If there is the self, the "I", inevitably there is separation and thus conflict. when thereis no I, which is the image you have about you, and also about your wife, when that is not, love is. This is what i uderstand.

No problem with the no identification, just omit that step and go straight to attention.

The end of fear: Face it. Then you will know that in this very exact moment, there is no reason for fear. People, that have in this very exact moment a reason for fear, don't read these words.
The root of fear: Something bad may happen to me.
Our response: I will the best for me! Because that's always our response.

The closest I came to seeing me was to see the whole thing although my intention was to see nothing else then the me.
