THANK YOU,... my god! I am searching for hours for a video to see if slowly increasing the speed by trigger is possible. I do not like the 0/100% Models. Thanks again for this very detailed video
If it wasn't for that control problem it definitely looks like the best one yet, and 100% agree that car only would be greatly appreciated... for me that control problem is a deal breaker
Koyosho made or makes small race car called Dano
@@machoman5356dnano*
My gripe with them is afaik they are discontinued and everything about them is extremely expensive. Iirc it's like 500+ to get a kit
Nice 👍🏻
My Koyosho R34 showed up was like you said 94mm no problem. Koyosho is my favorite.
Glad you like it!
Just my opinion, but their "drift" lineup is actually better to use for racing.
Less tire grip means more scale realism at such a small scale.
i bought this car about a month ago. Its great I love it. I been wanting a faster motor for the drift versions of these cars. I wish I could contact the company to ask if they can remove the electronic drag brake. I would like to let go of the throttle and the car still roll on its own. I would also like to see them make a Nissan Silvia S13 or some 4x4 trucks. Even a Coach bus or Dump truck.
SNT makes 1/86 scale 4x4 crawler and it's quite nice. I have one here. th-cam.com/video/ZkXAZiSZEKI/w-d-xo.html
It mostly works as long as you don't attach the FPV camera on it.
Coach and dump truck are great ideas especially if it has working tipper.
hi, I should buy my first racing turbo, and I'm undecided between c71 and c75, which do you recommend?
2:49 same thing with the c81 (monster truck/police) released a year ago or so
you should do a review on the new Tech Storm Xrx Dpa 2 the purple one or the Green one. Have you seen those ? Im sure you probably have. Which 2wd 1/24 1/28 drifter is the best in your opinion?
XRX is quite expensive and it's restricted to 1/24 because of wide and long stance. I don't know if I'll get one or not.
For 1/28 DriftArt 3S is the best for me. It works well for narrow body and adaptable to 1/24 too.
For strictly 1/24 MA Racing 1.5 is amazing albeit a bit expensive but most of the parts are very well made and easy to build.
@@BeaversHobby I want the drift Art so bad! I have Xrx dpa 1 (I was new to the hobby) lol and see electronics and chassy but ended up replacing everything anyway wish I would have done more research cause parts are hard to find and so expensive that MA looks top notch
@@colbyhann1808 XRX DPA 1 is already a very good chassis with good steering angle and it's still good by today's standard. The flaw I found after running it for a long time is the durability. Plastic parts are not up to task.
MA is also hard to find. Unfortunately almost all 1/28-1/24 RWD are not widely available.
Hey beaver, can you please make a tutorial about monoshock on a k969?
Here you go th-cam.com/video/QIi_DY06pJY/w-d-xo.htmlsi=ok8esZMabUeIQzKZ&t=394
If the time script doesn't work, skip to 6:34 for monoshock mod.
Hey beaver, how does this compare to the monster truck turbo racing has? Im consudering snagging either this one or the truck soon
The truck can run in more places than this because of the ground clearance. It can also jump off the ramp.
Handling wise, no difference. They will both randomly spin if the floor is dusty or if they happen to loose grip even a bit.
I'd say if you have a dedicated place and dedicated track to run, the onroad is more fun. If you will run it wherever you want, then monster truck it is.
@@BeaversHobby Nice! Thanks for info! I'll take that into consideration when I purchase!
Hey beaver, juat a video idea...
Can you paint a k969 body?😊😅
While it is doable, it needs the lexan paint which is more flexile when the paint is on the surface so it won't chip when the body flexes. I can't do it because of the paint is very smelly with tons of fumes.
Is this C75 Car faster than the C81 monster truck ?
The monster truck is slightly faster but it is more difficult to control. The steering is more vague than the onroad cars.
An RC car that is pretty good. What rating out of 20 would you give it ? 18/20 ? :-)
All things considered I'd give it 17/20.
Deducted 3 points from;
It needs a proper track to fully enjoy. Although the turning circle is good, you can't use it all when it's on a proper track because it will roll over. But if it's not on a proper track it will only spin out.
It has throttle follow through. So it sill applies the throttle even after you let go of it.
Otherwise, a pretty good car especially for its size. The steering centering is surprisingly accurate.
@@BeaversHobby Thank you very much for your answer 😃👍
I dont know how they can fit proporc. trhottle and steering in such a tiny car
we thought the same thing in 2000 with the mini-z :D
