Jarkko Ahola is probably my favorite singer from Finland.
He has an unbelievable range and is self trained.
He even can sings opera a little bit.
and now as I hear in the running for a job at Nightwish
Fun fact: these guys (plus an increasing bunch of other mostly Nordic metal singers including Floor and Tarja from Nightwish) do a metal Christmas tour every year with awesome (mostly symphonic) metal arrangements of traditional Christmas carols. It's definitely something to check out at some point!
I’m stoked to see Northern Kings getting some love. My favorite Finnish metal boy band. It would be awesome to see you react to more of them; all four of these singers are fantastic. Also yeah, do check out Dark Sarah’s Dance With the Dragon for more of Mr Leppäluoto (the deep voice ont he opposite end from Marko), and Full Moon by Sonata Arctica for more of Tony Kakko (the guy right next to him). I will let others plug Jarko Ahola since I’m unfortunately less familiar with his body of work.
They are a super group. Composed of very successful musicians from some very successful metal groups. Not a dang boy band 🙄
JP Leppäluoto has that deep gorgeous voice. I love all these singers, but JP's voice kills me (in a good way). Check out his previous band Charon, my favourite song is Colder (so I would always recommend that one). :) Thanks for the great video!!
Dubs Fehr JP’s new album, Piilevää Pimeää, is sososo good. He sounds amazing and the album has all the soul tingling magic of JP. Annan Sun Mennä, Pirun Musta, and Kuoppa are my faves but it’s all really good!
JP is so, so good. I loved Charon back in the day and still do, but Harmaja is where I love him the most, they are one of my favourite bands. All three of their albums are in frequent rotation in my playlists, and I'm so sad there's been no news or activity from them for such a long time. JP's recent solo stuff didn't really do much for me, though I haven't listened to the whole album yet.

These guys are fabulous! I love their covers of Kiss From A Rose, and You Don't Need Another Hero. This is a side gig these guys do, as they all have their own groups they belong to. Juha, does a great duo with Dark Sarah called "Dance of the Dragon", which has a Phantom of the Opera feel to it, as she is operatic. And in my opinion, Jarkko is channeling Ronnie Dio. As someone once posted, Ronnie Dio has not left us, he lives on in Jarrko.
You hit the note! You do have a good range. I love the richness of their voices together and am going to find more of their work on TH-cam. Ah, Marco.

Astrið Monzón: Actually he's not in a way left, because newer joined anyway, so not ex 👊. Always been an special quest as will be at Grim too. The album ( stores on July 17, 2020.) has 12 brand new tracks, including a guest appearance by JP Leppäluoto (as Wolf) and a Finnish new metal voice, the second runner in Voice of Finland 2019 Jasse Jatala (as Mörk). And think, this record will not come for suprice to You 😊.
@@pyssy123 Actually JP was a permanent member for 2 years I think, from The Golden Moth and onwards. It's stated on Dark Sarah's website that Heidi invited him to become a permanent member and they also said that in a TH-cam live chat. He left to focus on his solo career

How would it make sense? It's very long and vocals are secondary to the song and mixed very low.

Tony Kakko is my music hero. He has a multi range voice. He used to sing very high but prefers to sing at his baritone level but goes high to add spice as he calls it.
The bubbling duet was Marco with Jarkko Ahola and his epic high screams. Jarkko is a singer you'd enjoy. Unique talent, nails any genre and has never taken a singing lesson. This was projected as a metal parody of Il Divo under the working monikers Killdivo and Helldivo, which had to be changed under gentle legal pressure.
i dont like boy bands. but this one i really like :) amazing 4 voice. the voice of northern lights in finland. thanx to react this one sam and have great new week there.

I love all of their powerful, amazing voices, but you have to listen to Dance with the Dragon by Dark Sarah and JP Leppäluoto!
If you like metal supergroups, I definitely recommend checking out Exit Eden. They did some amazing covers, like "Paparazzi", "Total Eclipse Of The Heart" or "Impossible".
TL;DR When Scandinavia decided to have their own Spicettes but they had to stick to their cultural heritage.

I don't know what it is, but it seems like a-Ha gets quite a few metal covers. Take On Me and Sun Always Shines on TV seem to be the biggest draws, especially the latter. One by Atrocity comes to mind, which despite its name is not too bad...
