    Plz roast Jeremy, thx 👇
EDIT: People love making assumptions in these videos:
    1. His display drivers were DDU'd and installed off camera.
    2. This video and the PC were 100% real. All of this was improv and his system had looked like this for several months.
    3. I honestly have no idea about that AIO sticker LOL. Valid point of concern (though it obviously won't hurt anything as it's on top of the block). I've asked him to double-check but he's too lazy to open it up and look.
    4. Jeremy's camera skills are shaky as hell, yes, but the state of his PC is by no means an indication of his work ethic or editing quality.
    5. Jeremy isn't poor.
    Thanks for watching! :-)

It's the Thermaltake Core V21, it's my current case and it's pretty easy to build and work in (though I do still have and use all the side panels), plus 2 of the 3 removable side panels are mesh with magnetic side panels, so it's got great airflow and doesn't get very dirty inside.

I later used the metal from the hood to repair rust holes in the floor... holes that a previous owner had "fixed" by gluing down pieces of a "No Parking" sign with what had to be at least two tubes of silicone sealer.

The original computer was a disaster. Missing fan blades, fans and SSD's flapping in the breeze and looked like it had taken an rpg to the front! The new build is nice, I like that case and would use one if I was building a micro atx build. Jeremy is a trooper - I had a hdd laying outside my case (actually 4 of them) until I got a suitable case for my server :)

I have that case. Thermaltake v20 and I love it . It's 13x13 inches and fits perfectly into an ikea Kallax shelf cube

Does that mean everytime you lift up the new case, the entire assembly just slides out and hits the ground??

Great video! I definitely can imagine someone working with a PC on those conditions and it's super cool you fixed it up for him. Now, I have to admit that although your closet full of GPUs was pretty impressive my "WOW" moment came when I caught a glimpse of the Porsche wheel hub from what it for sure an awesome car in your garage. Final point I didn't know there were so many cheap Windows key vendors out there I used Kinguin the one suggested by Paul and I was hesitant because I could not make it work, but a long call to Microsoft support had it working so they are really real :) just wanted to note that.

All that build really needed was a new case... with dust filters. And the parts screwed down into it.

This video is great, the more "on the fly" style is refreshing. I know I would like to see more videos that have less structure and just go moment to moment sometime.

Recently rebuilt my rig in this case as well. It’s amazing. I went from a huge antec torque case to h1 v2. Upgraded to a new mb and cpu , went with an i9 12900k and ddr5 5600 memory in the new MSI unify x board. Only thing I didn’t get was my optical port but oh well. My 3090 fits and the system screams

When I get a PC that dirty I take it out on the back porch, have a friend hold it and use my 180 mph blower to clear it out, works wonders and you don't get that musty smell in the house for a couple of days afterwards :)

That old case is a Thermaltake Core V1 - the same one I just put a system into. It's a great budget ITX case and a disgrace that Jeremy let it get to that state. Jeremy's spoken. Class today!

Lol! I think Jeremy is awesome with a tremendous sense of humor & a great sport to be willing to fshow that still-working-monstrosity in public. I had a PC on a test bench that kept on my desk for several years before finally incasing it in a case. It was obviously a dust magnet.

That's a Thermaltake Core V1. I have the mATX version, which is the V21. I bought mine second hand from another tech TH-camr and will be building a new PC using that case this coming April. Fortunately mine came 99% intact and in near perfect condition, with only the back cover above the PCI slot missing, which I have a DIY replacement for. The plastic cover for the acrylic side panel is still on, so it's relatively scratch free. So mine ain't a post-apocalyptic survivor!

See Greg has a new video. Click on it without looking at title. Greg brings out the wreck. My brain: WTF is that? ... a PC apparently xD

  • @leightaylor8069
    @leightaylor8069 2 ปีที่แล้ว

The old case looks like a ThermalTake V1 or F1 Suppressor (it's the same chassis) with a lot of bits missing. The drives are supposed to mount on a couple of sleds that clip on the side rail.

I've seen car wrecks with less mangled metal then that rig.
That intake looks like a bird hit it.
The whole thing looks like it was dropped down a flight of stairs, winched back up, then thrown down again.
