  • Ingredients
    Drumstick leaves -1 cup
    Urad dal -1/4 cup
    Channa dal-1/4 cup
    Red chilli -5 to 6
    Tamarind -2 inch
    Cumin seeds -1 tsp
    Pepper -1 tsp
    Asafoetida -1/2 tsp
    Salt as per your taste
    Oil-1/2 tsp
    Method: Clean moringa leaves completely and take only the leaves.wash and pat dry the leaves.Make sure there is no moisture.Take a kadai.Add oil, channa dal,roast until it turns light brown.Add urad dal , tamarind roast for a minute.Add cumin seeds, pepper, asafoetida and keep aside.Now roast the dried drum stick leaves and keep aside .Take a mixer jar. Add the fried dal mixture and grind well now add the drum stick leaves and salt grind well to a powder form..our yummy drum stick leaves chutney powder is ready to serve with hot rice and ghee.you can serve with idly dosa too..
