It is amazing!!! It captures so many of this tradition, the colors, the atmosphere, the feeling, the love for those gone. This is my favorite Mexican tradition. Thank you for representing part of what we are with such a beautiful composition.
Awesome work. Though I am not religious at all, the day of the dead tradition interests me greatly. This is the best animated short I've seen in a loong time.
The faces on the dead did look a little scary with the spooky eye shapes and all, but besides that they seemed pretty good-natured - I mean just because they mainly seemed bent on celebrating and dancing around and having fun and no one was running away screaming and freaking out or anything. In similar critique, the werewolf guy did seem like an odd addition, though. Really nice animation overall, though! Dark render, it'd be nice to see it a little more clearly.
I can't find Mohana without being bombarded with fucking Moana songs in the search engine. God damn, that pisses me off cause I really want to buy this song on my phone and can't because it's always mistaken for Moana
Dia de Los Muertos makes Halloween seem lame by comparison. I'd like to see the holiday in person. Even if you don't go to Mexico, there are communities in the SW that celebrate it, so I've heard. I have a collection of Dia de Los Muertos art, but it's not like actually going there.

the first song is caled " La copla de la muerte" n the other song is called 'Mohana'

I finally found it. It's sung by Esther Forero Celis so if you type in her name as well as the song, you will find it no problem.
