Side Chaining Reverb and Delay Send effects in Cubase

The most ideal places i have tried side chaining effects is by using send effects channels in your mix.
That way, it will be easy for you to apply the method am going to demonstrate in this video.
now am going to use waves plugins but you can get away with any compressor that has a side chain function to it
