You got it now Rancher Walt! Double and triple pulls if you need to. On the monster logs You push up 1foot pile of dirt behind blade so it won’t be so hard on your breaks! Happy cutting Walt
That’s why I always toted a 100 foot steel cable with drag hooks on each end. Put a noose on the log and connect the other end to the tractor. It made hauling stuff a lot easier. Doesn’t that Johnny have a dif lock? My Fords always did. My steel cable was two pieces of electrical pole guy wire connected together, which I would role into a big role and throw on the bush hog, over the gear hub - it was an 8’ bush hog and I kept it connected to my Ford 7740 and older Ford 5000 most of the time. It made a great place to store tools, like chainsaws, axes, chains and cables. I also had a 50’ 3/8 chain that I kept in a five gallon plastic pail on the bush hog. Using the deck on the bush hog as a trailer really simplified the number of trips I had to make to the Butler barn to get things. You know what I mean.
Ran my old modded 350 Husqvarna yesterday. Forgot how much I loved the weight and power. I might go up to Bob's and buy a 550xpg. I've never owned a heated handle saw.
Man that is a nice setup what a time saver ,how are the tire chains holding up it's been a few years now I am thinking about a set for my tractor to help me get around in the woods by the way I love your new video intro have a nice Thanksgiving
We don’t seem to get sustained cold any more , allowing the ground to freeze.Im tearing up the woods in my efforts with the water table as high as it is.
Love the way the root ball drops back in the hole in your beginning clip !
