I saw a couple of these videos and I think this is the best one
A few things that actually helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I discontinued wearing hair ties because it causes tension damage. (2) I began massaging my hair and scalp twice a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head upside down to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Protecting my head while moving out to safeguard my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using gentle shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

Rosemary water is truly the real deal. Started using it some Months ago and it was truly game changer for my hair in terms of thickness, length and the health of my scalp
It really does helps with itchy scalp and helps me prolong wash days cos my scalp burns after some days without washing but using rosemary water, i could wait for a week or two before washing

@@ManojKumar-xm4dp you can use it anytime but make sure it dries before you go to sleep if you're spraying it at night, cos it's not good to sleep on wet hair.
I mostly spray it in the mornings after showering though

Hi!, is it normal to have the water darkening after you leave the plant in. Is it healthy to use it in this state? because the water is quite dark😅
I've started using Rosemary water spray a few weeks ago.Since I bought a lot of fresh Rosemary I only used how much I needed,the rest of it I put in the freezer,will I be able to use that frozen to make more water or shall I throw it away?
I also added a handful of cloves to the Rosemary water because I've heard cloves are really good for hair growth.

It doesn't grow hair any longer.. but it sure does stop reduces hair fall..
I use it 3 times a week and my hair is so much longer than it was
Rosemary oil didn't work for me it really dry my hair out and made a bald spot worse
The water made my hair very soft
