I'm not sure abt stereo mic I don't do anything in editing.. it's just great out of the box. And it records for both channels right nd left. About hero 9 they may have changed it so will have to check GoPro 9 settings.. I think media mod mei mics ka issue hai

Yes as it is a powered mic it will work on powered mode and yes boya gets connected directly.. maono is best for me and works fine till date

@@HighwayTravelogue depends on ur camera.mine is hero 7 and it works without adapter. U may try with power without power etc and check..also turn on the camera switch on ur mic if it is on off/smartphone mode.
