I can't wait to listen to the recording of Cassablanca Texas! It would be interesting to have such a Blues-Bayati-Fusion with a bigger group behind, especially a voice part, a blues or arabic singer.
Hey! As a matter of fact I was thinking about that last night. How cool it would be to find a singer who can sing good Blues AND Arabic. For now I am doing rehearsals with a bass and drums players. So I will have a trio for the recording of the song. Hopefully I will film something with them for us to enjoy it in TH-cam. 🙂
@@FernandoPerezGuitar Great to hear that you found people to join the fusion project! Maybe you find singers from both ends and they inspire each other. I recently found a very inspiring reggae-arabic fusion from 2012 featuring none less than The Wailers and the Nubian singer Mohamed Mounir from Egypt. You find it on TH-cam titled "Al Leila ya Samra", Coke Studio, S01E06.
Mind blown. 🤯
@@lenavoyles526 thanks! 😁🙏🏻
