    Great info straight to the point. The sound is a lot better with the new microphone, on my computer I only hear it in mono anyway and it sounds great!!
    One question on a previous video. If you have angina and can't do high intensity exercise without too much pain, what is the best exercise to do to reverse heart disease?

      Thank you for the audio feedback. I will look for stereo setting on the mic. As to angina. The condition prohibits intense exercise, however since angina is linked to fatty liver and fatty liver to elevated triglycerides, the best way to approach angina without risking hypoxia is to do modified walking: alternating slow and fast pace. This will encourage weight loss as well as heart conditioning. Once arterial plaque diminishes, you will be able to switch from walking to actual exercise with moderate intensity of short duration and eventually to intense exercise without any time restriction.
