@@KyleCortianaFishing well I guess my 115hp does not Ave those water filters. Couldn't find anything in owners manual, nor Mercury Marine CS. I did Share your video with my brother who has a 250 hp.
Damn bro. Thanks for the video. Every other one I’ve found must be older and less sexy then ours. I was to afraid to go any farther on the 2nd filter. Thanks for the enlightenment
Isn’t there also another filter below, along the drive shaft somewhere? Ive seen vids where the 250s have one and it’s a booger taking all that covering off to access it. Mine is a ‘21 - 200 hp and my upper filters are the same as yours.
Mercury 50 hp marine engine fuel is not coming to the spark plugs. I am thinking. injectors are solid. ecu is solid. When you add a few drops of gasoline into the cylinders, the engine starts and then stops. Cylinder pressure is very good. When you press the starter to start the engine, oily gasoline comes out of the exhaust. Can you help me? Also, there are syringes inside the log. I don't understand what they do. Greetings from Turkey.
Thank you I did not even know that existed!
Wow, this is the first video or any mentioning these water filters! I'm checking mine tomorrow. Thank youa
Glad it was helpful

Thanks for sharing the info about the 115hp, I wasn’t aware and thanks for sharing the video.
Great video! Had a fault come up the other day and it said exhaust temp exceeded or something along those lines, bet this is my problem, thanks!

Yes there is and it is more complex to get to it. You gotta take the entire side panel off pretty sure.
Thank you great help

I wish I could offer help but this is beyond my abilities and sounds like you need to take it to a certified Mercury mechanic if possible
There is 1 more filter down below that needs cleaning. 25 minutes to get the lower engine cowling off.
Ya that one takes some tools and effort!!
What about the third filter on the driver side?
That one is a little harder to get to and requires more screw removals and side panel. These are the two quick and easy ones.
What about the third water filter?
That one is a little harder to get to.
