I simply love the diversity in her workouts. She can do everything, no matter if we want to train special muscle parts, a dance choreo, a HIIT workout or a stretch in the end. When I first did the "happy cardio" I thought there's no way to top the "1-high knee".🙈 But she always has so many new ideas, I really appreciate it. Thanks for all these motivational workouts you share with us. It really helped me to get some motivation and start losing some fat. Last year I firstly got a meal plan from Next Level Diet and started doing some exercises at home. After I went running and then finally going to gym after they opened them up. My friends and family were making fun of me, thinking I will give up. But day after day, meal after meal, I managed to do it. I lost 120 lbs thanks to my diet and dedication and I'm feeling a lot happier now. I am finally ready to start living my life to the fullest, since I lost almost double of my previous weight.

I had a leg injury when it first came out and I had to wait until today to do it and it was definitely worth the wait!! I didn't go hard on the jumps but with such good energy it's definitely one of the best dancy cardios and I enjoyed it wholeheartedly (so much that it's my first time leaving a comment on any youtube vid!).
