I took a VERY last minute solo trip in this travel vlog to Barcelona - Little Beach House in a sleepy fishing village, to be specific. I ran my third ever 5k around a marina, listened to the waves, started a new book, got lots of room service, and had the best ‘me’ time I think ever?

I hope you’re holding up ok. I’m so very sorry. I had an awful time a few years ago, that involved 3 spinal surgeries, repeated cerebrospinal fluid leaks with some horrible, horrible symptoms over 2 months, in a very uncaring NHS hospital and the thing that got me through was to repeat like a mantra: ‘Keep being brave, keep being brave.’ It really helped me though it sounds a bit pathetic, typing it out now! Sending you oodles of noodles of love. ❤

After 2 kids my body has changed so much and it has been a real struggle of accepting the weight gain and other multiple changes. I stopped buying clothes just becuase I didn’t feel confident in my body and wearing by them.
But it’s influences like you that make me motivated to get back on track with my fitness and diet and NOT for the sake of loosing weight just to feel good and healthy.

I have used a few of your outfits and brought replicas to put together and I LOVE them I actually feel good in the clothes and feel put together.
