- A viewer asked for a video on how to drift. So this is what I came up with. A comparison between the cars and a few beginner tips. We have more fun videos to watch with the boys and I racing these drift cars on an oval in the house.

Geting my k969 soon. Do you know the differences in handling between awd with cs or rwd with gyro? Will mod my k969 and wondering about the differences
For myself....I can actually drift 4wd better with the gyro turned off. That way it isn't fighting me. I haven't tried them in just rwd yet with a gyro.....but I would guess it's a lot harder to control. I've tried to drift with 1/10 2wd trucks and buggies without a gyro...... almost impossible.....I just end up doing donuts. Ha ha. My best drifting is with 4wd 1/10 cars without a gyro. My ZD Racing brushless touring car and a Team Associated TC3 are natural at drifting. I use them on a concrete outdoor basketball court or on a concrete road. It chews up the drift wheels eventually......but it sure is fun. You will have a blast with the k969. They have lots of power for their size. They are much better than my HB Toys or Mini Q cars. Yes. All 4 wheels are the hard drift wheels. But each car also comes with another set of wheels with rubber tires on them.

They are great in the house when it's not nice outside. The WLtoys 1/28 are the most powerful and fast with lots of upgrades available. 2nd best is the Mini Q cars because they are proportional steering and throttle. The HB toys are fine to see if you like little drift cars. But throttle is just wide open and the steering is all the way or straight. Not proportional. Thanks for watching

Those cheap non-propo. cars are horrible. Good for parts and modding though.
