A CLUB SANDWICH is a two layers toasted sandwich, first layer is usually chicken breast a toast on top followed by bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise. It's cut in four quarters, a wooden dental pick is sticked in each quarter to hold everythin in. It's served with French fries and a cole slaw. It's a very American and Canadian dish for sure.🥪

@@suzannahmontreal1051 I worked in a restaurants as a teenager, the club sandwich on the menu, was three slices of bread, Turkey, Ham and roast beef with lettuce, tomato bacon and mayo.
@@marydavis5234 Wow Mary that's something else having like 4 meat products including roast beef. I guess restaurants can create their own special club with local produce like lobster, smoked meat, duck or what-not. I remember there is a Friday Club sandwich with tuna for devoted Catholics who don't eat meat on Friday. 🦃🐔
