It’s great as always.. I have a question can I add animation to the info state , so when the user clicks on the info button the price and description should slide in with animation
You sure can! Open on Object States, click on State 1 and in your layout double click on the State 1 object to drive into the selection. Add your Animation. When the button is triggered, it'll animate on state load. I have covered this in some of my previous lessons so be sure to check them out.
Hello, I love your tutorial, it was simple, precise and very engaging. Thank you again but I do have one question and like to know how would you export it to a windows. I saw your reply but if you export it to Adobe Digital Editions then would it mean that you must have adobe apps?
Hi Angelo, thanks for creating such fantastic video's, love watching! I also have a question: maybe it's a stupid one but I'm going to ask it anyway. Can you also make an interactive pdf from this Indesign document as end-user document?
Hey Imre! Stay away from Interactive PDF for projects such as this. It simply won't work. Use the EPub (Fixed Layout) export option and share to view in an e-reader, such as Apple Books.
👋 Hey there! This uses Object States which isn’t supported for PDF. You could try using Show/Hide buttons and Forms technique to accomplish the same result for PDF.
I exported this as you show in your tutorial and I open in Adobe pdf but it showing "it is either not supported file type or because the file is been damaged" so how to solve this proble?
I am a newbie on InDesign but with these videos I'm enjoying it easily thank you so much sir!
I hope you can also make a tutorial on how to save your file for printing (CMYK) or web (RGB)?

Does this work when exporting to pdf too? I'm trying, but the buttons aren't triggering the action.

@@AngeloMontilla I appreciate the feedback! Thanks for the videos too.
If this file is being sent to Android user or Windows user, using which software to open the file can see the interactive function?
Hey there! A couple options would be Adobe Digital Editions or Google Play Books App. You can explore other e-readers. There are many out there.
@@AngeloMontilla thank you for your sharing!!

Hey Het. This will not work for PDF Interactive. Object States is not supported for that platform - EPub or Publish Online only.
what is the layout side ..... in this video you don't mention the layout size or page size of the catalog...
Hi MKTV, this doc is sized 1920 x 1080
