Nahida is a defo must have baizhu is more of a QoL /minor upgrade but nahida is the biggest upgrade for nilou its a difference of night and day

I think wait for Nahida is best choice. Any hydro/dendro healer can replace Baizhu, Nahida is irreplaceable in Nilou bloom, but Ofc if you want baizhu more than Nahida then pull him
