You can look at all of North, Central and South America for American take-overs, and if you want I can tell you some stories about American take-overs in Ontario, Canada. The United States has "extra-territorial laws" that over-ride the laws of the countries they are in. The United States also has no extradition laws for financial crimes committed in foreign countries.

How to find out if you're on it
You dont but the watchist did get hacked on June '21 so it's roaming around somewhere. Almost 2 million records HAcked. Happened June 21 2021 Google DHS and that date and you will see.
You will know if youre on it if you cant print a boarding pass at an airport kiosk. You can know if your boarding pass prints an "SSSS" on it. You can know if you are sent to the room in the back in the airports. These are the few ways publicly you can know. For others You will know when they block the streets of Brooklyn to come talk to you. You will know when there are Federal Agents surrounding you in foreign countries, or locals following you in foreign countries. You will know when you are being followed. You will know when they come into your home like they own the place. You will know when they talk to you and tell you everything about you, but you already knew they could. You will know when Youre being questioned on the streets continuously. You will know when you cannot wire money easily or if you make financial transactions and the banks close out your accounts. There are many others....

After 9/11….I’m sorry….but no one can be too careful. I feel bad for the girl and am glad she stood up for herself, and because of that I’m sure they realized ok well no terrorist is going to be crying about why you’re doing this to them….but there have been many children criminals involved in terrorism, whether voluntary or involuntarily, and so to wonder why she would be questioned is kind of naive in my opinion. You should not be punished for being Muslim, but if they have any reason to question you, perhaps someone in your family even if they’re distant, could’ve been involved in terrorism, then they have the right to do so. And honestly it makes me feel safer to fly considering everything that happened on 9/11, not just the planes that hit the twin towers but the other planes that had been taken over too! Anything is possible. I’d hate to be one of the people to have to do that job though honestly. Can’t be easy for the girl or the people questioning her. :/

When I was in Saudi Arabia, the Saudis and Muslims from Bangladesh, India treated me very unfairly. At prayer time they would ask me to join them in their prayer. The Bangladeshi coworker (who had Canadian passport) would instigate the Saudi bosses to hate Hindus and Christians. Finally he was promoted to be a supervisor. I tolerated their discrimination and insults because I was making good money but finally I left. The same way the Muslims who are US citizens are being targeted because they belong to a very intolerant faith and also due to 9/11 attacks. While Christianity has become tolerant, Islam remains intolerant. Iran after the 1979 revolution killed and expelled so many Bahais because of their faith. While Muslims can become US citizens can Hindus or Christians become Iranian or Saudi citizens???? It is well know that in a Muslim country only Muslims are treated as true citizens. So, Muslims should ponder over these facts. They must modernize their faith. They must give up those tenets of their faith that teach them to be intolerant of other faiths and that teach them to violently attack non-Muslims......

As someone who’s been on a watchlist, it is a “mild inconvenience” (mainly time lost) and compared to other countries, the treatment is unparalleled in its disruption. No harsh interrogation tactics, beatings, etc. we need to calm down

Doctors in the ER smile at me with a weird grin, intentionally inflect more pain in the reason I was there and tell me “I’m just looking for painkillers” I even had a jobsite destroyed by a crew claiming “I did $2,000” worth of damage to the work I installed, even though I’ve been in my trade for almost 2 decades and never had to go back to a job. Supporting a family by myself and not getting my $2,000 was more than a mild inconvenience
The watchlist is Worldwide now. Meaning if that lady goes to a foreign country she will have to deal with the way they deal with people on the watchlist. In Fikre vs FBI a businessman was held and tortured in a foreign country simply for being in the database which provides consumer reports.
