Who runs a 5-3 defence? I remember thinking that Anthony Thompson had to be the best choice for a Heisman. Getting all those yards playing for Indiana, running against defences in a really tough conference, and not getting many opportunities to rack up yards protecting leads in the 4th quarter is some achievement.
Hey, great content! Thank you for sharing. Just wondering if you happen to have the '1988 Kodak All-America Football Team' video? I've been searching here there and everywhere for it, and I just can't seem to find it.. really wanting to watch that one. If you do, would ya mind posting it? If ya don't though, no worries! Please let me know either way, that'd be much appreciated. Thanks, Joe!
Thanks for checking out my channel. I think my All-America films collection has well over a half dozen entries but, unfortunately, 1988 is not among them yet BUT there may be a chance that I can track it down. I should be visiting my source soon and if anybody has it, he will. If I get ahold of it, I will post it.

Yea, please do ask for me, and if you happen to get it.. please let me know.. if you aren’t able, no worries, but I’d appreciate you letting me know if ya can't too. I really appreciate the response to this special request, and I'll be crossing my fingers in hopeful anticipation.. so hopefully they can come through for us, haha. @@StrangeVoodooTV A genie traditionally grants three wishes but since I ain't no genie I hope you'll be happy with one granted request - The 1988 All-America video has been procured and should be uploaded for your entertainment by the end of the day so stay tuned. I hope that it's as good as you remembered/hoped. I'm happy that my source was able to add it to my collection as that now completes my decade of the 80's All-America films in full.
@@joetolstoy3573 Well Joe, you might not be no genie, but at least you're real! Haha. Nah, I really appreciate you going out of your way and doing that for me.. and big thanks to your source for coming through as well. Yea, good to get the collection complete too on your end. You're awesome, man! You have a fan in me for sure. Appreciate it!

Kinda weird that Andre Ware won the Heisman, but wasn't this team's quarterback.
