Love your list! I'm actually afraid of reading the Midnight Library again, as I loved it so much the first time but then just hated his latest book for similar reasons!
So glad I can scratch some of these off my tbr! 😂 I do still want to try Leigh Bardugo though, and I know you’re a fan. Just not that one 😊 My biggest disappointment was probably The Maidens, had such high hopes, so let down! 😅
Haha yes, happy to help with that!! For sure, I think you should try literally any Leigh Bardugo book because I just love her, and Ninth House is definitely a widely loved book. Reading is just so subjective! And yeah I would agree on The Maidens, it’s been a couple years since I read it but definitely was disappointed by it too 😬
I thought A Curse for True Love was fine, but definitely the worst one out of the three- I still love the series though just for how whimsical it is 😊 Your list makes sense to me! haha

Oh no, I really want to read Love and Other Words and The Last Word next year… now I’m nervous. 😅 lol 😆
@@Laura_Reads haha well you never know, you may love them!! Reading is so subjective so I’ll be curious to hear your thoughts for sure!
There are always those books you have high hopes for that let you down. For me it was Promise of Blood.
@@ElderGoblinGames very true, they can’t all live up to our expectations! Never read that one but good to know I should maybe avoid it 😉
