      The SW location might be the reason or maybe grossly over priced. I am building a big front drive house with Shane homes including a full basement and $115,000 in upgrades in NW Calgary for significantly less than $1 million

      It’s worth it. I have a duplex not far from this one (Richmond). I’ll take being able to walk to everything, 10 minute downtown commute and great schools, over a home in the middle of nowhere any day. The single family homes in these neighborhoods are often smaller than a Duplex without the shared wall, as subdivided lots are narrow, with our basement we have almost 3k livable space, which is more than enough. With parks across the street who needs a big back yard to maintain?

    Missed your videos Brad, been waiting. Are you able to post more videos. Very cheap $$$ unlike Toronto here an average home is over 1 million dollars imagine Calgary an average home is $600,000. Wow, you guys in Calgary are relaxing 😊 no hst (13%).

    LOL, I'm going to always think of this as the "sunglasses" video. :)
    As for the home; not bad for the money. I like the kitchen and that space right across from it with its cafe style bench seating. Very cool.
    Over all I would give the place a 4 out of 5 stars.
    And it's always nice to see Melinda Channon.
    Thanks for posting/sharing. I look forward to the next home ....hopefully a nice two bedroom condo. :)
