hiya its Shirley, I was to busy playing tetris to fit everything in the box i forgot to add the card, to know its me we share KY in our area code. I sent you the aprons tea towel and oven gloves for when you are doig a cooking trial to keep you a bit cleaner. the tartan tin mug for JT for going fishing as its unbreakable. anf the highland cow mug for Anna. I'm glad you like everything.
kircaldy?😂👏🏻
There is a reason your channel grew so quickly. Basically humour. Content and approachability. With a dash of charm . Thanks for the posts
OMG the way JT was pronouncing Yvonne 🤣🤣
😂
Damn Yvonne, you've got some bloody talent girl! Those plushies are brilliant ❤
Yvonne is such a clever lady, those knitted presents are out of this world!!
JT "Living over the brush - that's unmarried, like us." Anna with a face like thunder. :-)
Yvonne, absolutely STUNNING work ❤ I was peeing myself laughing at you trying to work out what the oven gloves were 🤣
Great video, loving all the thoughtful gifts, the knitted items are fantastic, I think the ladies name is Yvonne who sent them, pronounced " Eee Von not Ya von.
Hi all, so glad you liked the knitted gifts we sent, your reactions were brilliant, made us laugh so much! Bobblehead Lizzie is light reactive, so put her in the light for a few minutes and watch her dance!! Just seen the cookie vid, they look great, but sorry there was no PS3 in the box! Thank you for saying great things about little Bella, made Yvonne weep. Keep up the great work and stay happy. Keef n Yvonne x
Hi, the knitted gifts were amazing (i've knitted nursery characters, it's fun)
So sorry for your loss, beautiful image of bella. I know that empty feeling.
Sending hugs
Yvonne, do you sell your knitted characters? Im really interested x
@@elizabethdenholm7967 yes, is there anything in particular you're after?
@@KeithCornell-bg1tg definitely a coo but i'm interested in the knitted characters too. I'm going to be extra organised this Christmas!
@@elizabethdenholm7967 hi, how are you? Yvonne is eagerly awaiting a reply from you. Please respond here. Thanks Keith
PS, ma'am, when you said, "I'm sweating", I can hear my late grandmother shout, " Oafs sweat. Gentlemen perspire. Ladies simply glow." 😂
I was taught: "Horses sweat, men perspire, but ladies merely glow". 🐴
😏🏴❤️🇬🇧🙂🖖
Eek - another great video. Keep it up, two genuinely lovely, down to earth people, you could never get bored of watching Anna and JT
“Let’s drink some tequila and do the 26 piece “ 😂😂😂 you two are hilarious 😆 x
Oh my word I nearly spat my tea out when you were looking at the oven gloves🤣😂🤣😂🤣 it was like you were aliens come down from space trying to decide what it was….hysterical guys
The cow and the wool JT doll 😮😮 so cute ❤❤
Opening the oven gloves like they just got something from another planet! 😂🤣 Got to love this pair (plus 3) R.I.P Bella 😢. Sorry for your loss Yevon (Yvonne). I lost my perfect Lucy, she was 15 and it was so sudden, I can empathise. I have two other rescues now, but I still hurt from losing Lucy! 💖
The unbuttered toast was less of an issue than not stirring the beans on high heat to thicken the juice.
Your pronunciation is so much fun to watch. Maybe I'll write to you in Welsh to stir it up a bit 🤣🤣🤣🤣 them t shirts were boss 🤣🤣🤣 Anna did pee in to the wind that day 🤣🤣🤣
If you were to put together a compilation video of all JT's miss pronunciations, it would take forever and last for hours. 🤣🤣
I actually laughed out loud at the knitted JT fisherman, such an uncanny likeness!
It's not mandatory to butter the bread - some people don't actually *like* butter, so it's very much a matter of personal preference. And what a wonderful collection of stuff you've got here! Your knitted pressies are fab. Thank you for showing us all, I love to watch your unboxing videos and this one was no exception.
i love watching you two you seem like really nice down to earth people
Anna for the Candle Cow thingy, get some battery candles, rather than real flame. Actually you could buy some rechargeable ones with a remote control... Scatter them in the lounge & kitchen, in case of power cuts again.
Those knitted doodads are fire
Love the oven mat. They really protect your wrists from scalding.
Omg the T-shirts and hand knitted gifts were amazing ❤
Yeah! You're a royalist. Don't be cavalier about it lol. 🇬🇧🇺🇸💜
I see what you did there 😉
Great vid, great gifts, great pups and Supa great Anna & JT 😍☮
That salt is amazing
I love the range of gifts that people send you both, I've never seen the candle thing before, and now I want one! The hand knitted gifts were awesome. Can't wait for the next cooking video, I bet Anna's parents can't wait for the next one either lol! 😍
That knitted JT is so sweet. You'll have to take him fishing with you.
Also use the Heinz beans and cook till they're mushy! Add a dash of Worcester sauce cheese optional!
Put a knob of butter in the beans too
Glad the T-shirts gave you a laugh after you said your famous '' Don't pee into the wind'' quote you did say that should be on a shirt so i couldn't resist. Sorry about the jam i was sure the bubble wrap would of protected it. Just so you know Rocco is my frenchie in my profile pic.
I’m surprise that the jam was not taken out of the box at customs.
It's becoming like when you tell granny you like something then every Christmas and birthday she gets you something themed 🤣🤣
The lady who sent the amazing knitted items - is her name Yvonne? It's pronounced Ee-von
I came here to say that 😂
Such a joyful couple. I enjoy these videos so much!
Are you crazy!!! We put butter on everything😂
RE: beans on toast. You don't have to have them on toast just on their own, most of us like to customise our beans somehow(at the very least season them with some salt/pepper), eg. you can add some hot sauce/curry powder to spice them up a bit, or you can stir in some grated cheese and/or sprinkle cheese over the top(or put the beans on top of grilled cheese on toast), or have some bacon/sausage/hamburger and/or eggs(fried/poached/scrambled/omeletted, or however you like) on the side. Or ditch the toast altogether and have the beans with chips/fries/hash browns/mashed potato, or even on top of a baked potato, instead. Or go just go wild and add whatever you like.
I add curry powder and raisins to my baked beans lol
@@JamesSmith-zk8glI was just coming on to say that!
If JT is going to retry beans on toast, seeing as his complaint last time was the texture and not the taste, he might want to try spaghetti hoops on toast as an alternative
Whopp whoop it's the sound of JT ....
And of course the Adorable Anna .
I love the knitted JT 😂😂 and the cow ❤ great video ❤❤
Lovely gifts! Maldon ( pronounced mol-dun) is a town on the coast of Essex, which has been known for sea salt since Roman times.
AD 991 was a bad year in our history. We had one of the most incompetent governments we've ever had - which is saying something! The King was called Ethelred the Unready (= the Ill-advised). A century before we had defeated the Danes, but now they were invading again. Ethelred had a disastrous policy of sometimes paying them off, sometimes massacring them. ( Including the Danish King's sister!) So the Danes eventually won, and King Canute ruled our country 1016-1035. It was only by a fluke the House of Wessex got the country back.
During this there was a Danish attack on Essex, and the locals fought back bravely. ( I can't remember who won.) But what is wonderful is that a great heroic poem in Old English was written about the battle, and a lot of it has survived. It is called 'The Battle of Maldon'.
Love the t-shirts, and the reactions to them.
That Maldon salt is amazing. It's a finishing salt so don't use it cooking just use it at the table. All the famous chefs use it.
You've never seen oven gloves before ? Wow 🙂🏴
Belatedly, I just came here to say exactly that!!
Oven gloves seem so strange,
Makes it right for "riding the range"
Burning hands - "a thing of the past"
Hung on a hook to make them last!
Adjoined to keep both hands safe from harm
No worries re "alien mitts alarm"
Anna has her JT just right
Mispronouncing (and laughing) day and night! p.s.
'Yvonne' is pronounced: "_Eee_von".
My husband is from Whitehaven but has lived in Scotland for 32 years but hasn’t lost his accent 🤗. Btw we use the word oxter in Scotland too🤗💕love your videos soooo much
You have some very talented subscribers - I love the knitted JT and Highland Cow.
Come, Brian! Let us away to Carlisle!
I bought my husband a Geordie phrase book. He looked at it, and said that's a whole different language 🤣.
I have that book. ( geordie relatives).
Got to love the scottish humour. Harry coo is how they pronounce hairy cow with the strong accent 😆
Sprinkle the sea salt on caramel, it's delicious
Cumbria is on the Hadrian's wall which starts in Northumberland, the Roman soilders marched from Northumberland to Cumbria, we still can see parts of the wall, x3 different places do roman archaeology dig that anyone can help them
Impressed me with your knowledge of the iodization process of table salt 🧂👌🏻🤣💪🏻
Great video you two ,always make me laugh, you’ve received some beautiful gifts 😊😊xx❤️❤️❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🌺🦋🌺🦋🐾🐾🐾
It's time guys...
Time to see an Anna and JT collab with Ayo Fishing on one of his boats 😂😂
Calling Anna a mot 😂 it means a front bum where I’m from pmsl.
Yup, I was wondering just how serious the injuries JT was going to sustain when he said, "You are my mott.", that would be at least a concussion, 1-2 broken limbs, maybe critical organ failure, from where I am from.
The sea salt granuals can either be sprinkled on food or put in a salt grinder (makes it finer when putting over chips)
JTs little hamd flick with the oven mits 😂
Speaking of Queen I was named after her cause I grew up in Belarus and she came to Russia in 1994. You need to try Scottish jam Mrs Bridges one of their flavors is Strawberry with Champagne
What lovely gifts to get absolutely brilliant made me love always through. Thanks guys
You two are awesome & so happy together. Have a fantastic week 💖
Maggie’s always at the front of the queue when the treats come out. 😅
Every video seems to get better, we so use to you 5,u so good to be around, because you both elevating and we're on the road with you.❤️❤️❤️🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧✌️💯❤️
Do beans and grated cheese on toast
Haven't had cheesy beanos for years, yeh that's a good one. Hi from Scotland 👋
@@777AmIsis777 I have not had in ages Eva but just thought of it in head I am from berby
Loving the t-shirts😂😂😂❤
Love the highland cow stuff
You two crack me up 🥰🥰
King!!!👑 JT & Anna❤
You could put your magnets on your cooker hood 😂
That PS3 box in that condition is worth around £30-£60 to console collectors! A mint condition one can sell for a few hundred!
Mott does refer to women, but it comes from mot refering to a womans lady bits, same as the word fanny, also used to refer to female lady gardens, can also be used to refer to a woman.
As in " hey lads, are we off out tonight, see if we can pull some fanny/mot?"
It can be considered a bit sexist but not everyone knows it's origins. It's not said with any malice by most people. Some might be offended, some not. Some people are overly offended by being called words like flower, pet, love, darling, petal, sweetheart, bird etc which are just terms of endearment, and not meant to be taken offensively. Fanny and not are only slightly more offensive, due to the lady bits connection. Minge is also in that ballpark.
Not really a nice way to refer to women but there you go.
Really enjoyed todays video.
Love the shirts!
You two are so funny.
Do you know that the word Mot can mean something else in some parts of the U.K.
It can be the name for a woman’s front bottom.
Anna you look beautiful as always I love watching you two sending much love xx
How can you mess up beans on toast 🤣🤣🤣🤣 yes you put butter on the toast 😋 x
Your a great couple, an very funny too, I love how you say thing,s 😂👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇬🇧👍🏻
Noooooo, butter on beans on toast... you hit one of the great British divides right there. As a Brit myself, I feel it sacrilege to put butter on beans on toast (the other is milk before hot water in tea, always milk last btw). Thanks for all your great content. Really brightens my day when I see a new release. Congratulations on all your achievements, you have worked very hard for them.
I put a good dollop of butter in the pan while I warm the beans, and also add it to the toast. I guess thats one of the reasons I just got my Pre-diabetes diagnosis 🤣🤣
Funny we live in Shires pronounced fully but I live in Yorkshr 🤔
I still use a bit of old dialect, like felt, for hidden. And maldiewap for a mole hill. 👍👍
Confused by an oven mit is HILARIOUS
From the UK right there with you guys ❤
Oooo if you've been sent some caramilk and some darkmilk, you should mix those and make cookies. 💯🍪
Love you guys
Edinburgh is pronounced, Ed-in-bruh 😊
Edinburra.
Or Ed-in-bru a play on Edinburgh and irn bru 😂
5:49 finish stuff with the salt, it’s not for “cooking” as it’s abit posh.
Eedinburgh now that's a new pronunciation 😂😂
Was in Elizabethtown last week and thought about you guys. Love your videos.
Edinburgh Scotland are hoisting the " fringe festival " different music etc it last for 2 weeks soon
I live in Carlisle Cumbria England, Cumbria used to be known as Cumberland
Butter on bread or toast.. always butter. 😄
Yeah, but butter on what... Bread or Toast?
@@garytyme9384 both, always
@@garytyme9384 both
Both haha
I don't butter my toast but I add chilli sauce or curry sauce and always have an egg on top.
Sometimes mushrooms on the side. And maybe a little fried bread. Or a tattie scone.
Veggie sausages. Sauteed taters.
I like to keep it simple.
The easiest way to pronounce Edinburgh is like the Australian bird Kookaburra. Edin-Burra. Much love from Scotland.
Great unboxing. ❤❤👵🏴🌹🌹
Pigtails are FIRE!
I thought you were still sat down when you stood up!! 😅
My late mum grew up in Cumbria
