My mother is still using the poco m2 pro. She bought it at the first sale. I have been using Xiaomi 11i since its first sale. My elder brother is using Redmi k20. He bought an iPhone 13 but k20 is the primary device. Absolutely satisfied with Xiaomi company. My whole family is very very satisfied.

Last year i brought poco m3 and this year my phone was not turing on suddenly, I thought might be 0% battery but when I put the charger still not turning on so i rush to the nearest service center and they said motherboard dead and it will cost 6-7k rs. I was very sad because its suddenly happened and its very frustrating. So I decided to buy a new phone(realme). Now After few weeks my poco m3 suddenly turning lights on , I was very confused why was dead few weeks ago. its might be a battery issue but why will cost 6-7k rs.? Why they want to scam me? Thats why i don't trust poco brand anyone because of the bad experience. Sorry for my bad English 🙏
You should've contacted other service centres as well because some of the service centre executives are not honest. My friend had poco x3 pro, he had motherboard issues but the company was providing an upgrade free of cost.
I mean it's already the powerful gaming phone it's performance is flagship level, only ones that can beat it will probably the Iqoo neo 7 pro which have SD 8+ gen 1 that is under 33k but might get lower price with bank offers

In 2021 I purchased poco x3 pro, it was my first ever phone. After 10 months it suddenly got bricked while I was gaming. I thought that it was causing because of low battery, I pluged it in but it didn't turn onn. And when I visited service center they said it would cost around 8k or even more. And from that day my trust and love has gone from poco forever. It's been 2 yrs since then, but I still can't trust poco and will never.
sheesh, mine was 6 months and had a warranty for a year and got it fixed, then 2 and a half years later.... it died watching a youtube video, system UI isn't working and gets stuck
When I bought poco f5, I was little bit scared about their update issue. But trust me, this device is much better than my iphone 13 in terms of gaming and some time in camera(using Gcam) , also battery backup is aggressive than iphone. I use it without any update. While the brand has improved overall, it is worth noting that "MIUI for POCO" has more restrictions now than it ever did. The POCO Launcher 4.0 update nuked the custom icon support from the Play Store. The UX with a 3rd party launcher is crippled due to the fact that they don't support gesture navigation on anything other than POCO Launcher. The "Security" app drains battery like crazy once you update it via the System Apps Updater. POCO, atleast among enthusiasts has been a choice of hardware, considering the massive aftermarket software/Custom ROM dev community behind POCO devices.
I'm using poco m4 pro 5g as my main device, it's work pretty well in gaming and also in normal usage. Battery backup is decent its take 59 minutes for charging and gives a backup of total 1-1.5 days. Overall its good for normal usage and gaming!!

bought F5 during bbd sale for 21500/- in white color. it looks really good and the performance is top notch. i updated the phone to the lastest patch and so far I am yet face any issue. the camera is the only weakness but i purchased it for the performance and it hasn't disappointed me. it's my first poco phone and I use it as my daily driver alongside my iPhone 14 which I bought last year.

People like me we bought our first smartphone in 2016-17 worth of 10-12 K INR. Now most of the people of my age are financially stable and not interested in cheap phones. We completely moved to the higher segment. All of my family relatives are using mid to premium Samsung phones or iphones. Cheap phones are dead in India.
Poco should go for stock Android experience. It would help differentiate them from Xiomi. It would be their USP. If they get together and get ideas, no one will come near poco phones in 20-25k price range. Thoda design, ui and mostly camera ko thoda bohat improve karna chahiye.
You see most Xiaomi users there are (who are techy), flash Custom rom as soon as they get their devices in their hand. So people like me are enjoying stock Android experience with insane performance and great battery backup with great photos from Gcam or Leica Camera.

The biggest drawback of any xiaomi or mi or poco related phone is MIUI. And a bit of problem with the battery. Me and my family(mom & dad) used 5 phones from xiaomi and only 2 of them lasted more than 2yrs. They either got ui issues or the old battery issues. Whereas I've personally used realme xt for 4+ years now and my mother used realme 5 for around 3 yrs, never had any problems.
All xiaomi phones are known for massive batteries and great battery life. Me and my family have bought over 14 xiaomi phones throughout the years and not a single one has had poor battery life. Even my mi a2 had a decent battery life with just a 3000mah battery. And that was the weakest. The record is being held by redmi note 9 pro, and my poco F5 now.

I purchased POCO F5 this BBD sale for gaming it was very good , But after update BGMI 90 FPS has been removed by POCO and battery drain a lot faster reached service centre for downgrade they didn't help Don't buy it after sales services is poor if you accidentally update it you will regret too much

I have been using poco m2 pro for 3+ years. Still no issue. Battery is too good. But after 1 year the front speaker is not working but funny thing is few days ago I got an update and the speaker is automaticly repaired. Now it is working without any issue

I purchased POCO F5 this BBD sale for gaming it was very good ,
But after update BGMI 90 FPS has been removed by POCO and battery drain a lot faster reached service centre for downgrade they didn't help Don't buy it after sales services is poor if you accidentally update it you will regret too much

I upgraded after 3 years from Poco M2 pro to Poco X5 pro. And I'm fully satisfied with it. Everything is good for the price. My budget was around 15-18k and no phone provided more value than x5 pro!
I know in the past poco phones had motherboard issues but my experience till now is great.
P.s. I don't like stock Android phones.

I have been using poco m2 pro for 3+ years. Still no issue. Battery is too good. But after 1 year the front speaker is not working but funny thing is few days ago I got an update and the speaker is automaticly repaired. Now it is working without any issue
