this would be good to do a large color palette. it's one of those can't go wrong, couldn't afford a consultant, and it works colors! It's going to garner compliments, and make people feel they did something really well. please, no greens in the palette. greens are terrific as an accent,... plants.

I had muslin in a large party room and the halls leading to it. Honestly, I'm at the point where I can't stand it. Too muddy and beige for me. I just repainted the party room in a light blue and the room feels so much happier.

I've considered this color before. I'm glad to see this review. I think If I were to use it in a room I would test it along with Natural linen and Jute, which are all in the same family. I used Jute on one wall in my kitchen that needed more depth than the surrounding off-white and it was just right.

Muslin has a slight pink undertone- to me this really takes over when used close to green. Natural linen can have subtle green in certain situations and is obviously darker, less warmth because it has a bit of grey in it.

SOS! James I need your help...I just installed the Citrus color vinyl flooring (it's basically white oak) from the Deluxe collection in my basement (approx. 1600 sq feet). I'm about to paint all the walls in BM Seattle Gray (2130-70). The trim, frames and doors are white BM-F627 01. I'd love to hear your thoughts on whether you think the Seattle gray paint color is a good choice.

We used it on 3 of 4 walls in a basement bedroom. The other wall was sundried tomato. Loved it with white furnishings
