I agree with most of your choices, as a grinder it’s very important to have your businesses close together. I centered most of my major businesses around Del Perro whenever it was possible, because who doesn’t love the beach?
Only annoying thing is that you lose ALL your upgrades if you switch locations. I’m fine with only getting 60% back off the purchase price but spending multiple millions again on upgrades is tough…
a few things to mention: 1. the la-Puerta vehicle warehouse is the better, because most high dollar sell missions tend to be in the vineyard area, there is a large open space to land cargo bobs in front of the building, and the freeway entry and exit are right there. 2. the route 68 facility is also a good location, due to the personal aircraft spawn being right there, being near the 3 bigger sandy shores mc businesses, and its geographically central location. 3. if you buy an mc business in the city, then the bonus money sell runs will be in country; as opposed to country based businesses, which sell in the city. there are 2 reasons why getting businesses in the city can be important. if you sell in a populated lobby, then long distance sell missions mean your product is moving away from griefers, as opposed to towards the griefers. for the second reason, the steal missions tend to be in areas near the city. so, if you're a new player with the intention of starting the game for the first time, you will want to steal the supplies to maximize your profit, up until you get more businesses to work with. 4. having the document office for the nightclub is important, despite what was said here. there is a sale bonus for selling orders, and it also keeps workers busy, when other fields are a mix of full and empty.

If you buy the MC Businesses in the city and sell at full stock, then you will have three or four sell vehicles. While you are going to Blaine County to do the deliverys, the rest of your sell vehicles will remain in the city and stay highlighted in the map. So, if you like to sell at full stock, and dont have enough friends for all the sell vehicles, you are screwed
@@lucasdesantis2068 there is virtually no value in maxing out the mc businesses. this is not like the ceo businesses where there is a bonus that builds value per product sold. furthermore, the amount of time it takes a single player to move all of those vehicles make this an almost prohibitive business solo compared to everything else in the game. this is only useful if run with people.
@akn2643 i quit using the mc businesses a long time ago. the risk of losing product to the AI plus the lack of value over the warehouse and vip mission combo was worth less to me over the other. with that said, i play the game mostly single, the mc was meant for up to 8 players, with 5 as standard. sadly no one plays this way anymore.
Because I use helicopters a lot in source missions and the Cargobob for delivering spare parts, I believe that the Smoke Tree Hill is the best location strategically because it is next to the Sandy Shores airfield and is also right next to the highway like the Farmhouse bunker so that gives it a logistic advantage.
I moved to Arcadius a few months ago from further afield and added the garages (it was a CEO offices discount week) and I'm so glad I did. The garage entrance being under the building has helped me out a few times.

I think so long as all your properties are clustered together it doesn’t really matter. Central is better for sure, but by that argument, everything in Vinewood is best. If it isn’t awkward to get to, and it’s nearby, it’s a winner imo.
With the Auto Shop I think the most expensive one is the best because of the ten car garage between it and the arcade because you can use it to store weaponised and armoured vehicles to go in and get for most contracts but any Auto Shop in close proximity to at least a 6 car garage property or apartment is viable for this.

In my opinion, the Great Chaparral Clubhouse is the best reason firstly reason being it is free, secondly it is in the middle of the map and if you have purchased most MC businesses in Grand Senora you can easily spawn at your clubhouse next to ur businesses, just my opinion, thanks Harmnone for the banger ❤️🙏
That's a great starter location for anybody that is starting an MC, as it's free for purchase under the Criminal Enterprises DLC, all you're going to spend money on is additions, such as Bike Custom Shop and any cosmetics upgrades.
1:45 The location of the warehouses is not very important, but you need to chose them in order to have a short trip when you send your employees. 3:21 The best location is the one near Groove Street, followed by La Mesa. What you said about the gang is an absolute nonsense this you almost never get to the warehouse from the street where the gang lives but from the highway. 4:51 Hawick is by far the best location, it makes the mission way faster and it's the closest location to most of the other absolute best locations. 5:32 The one near Eclipse Towers is the absolute best, close to the best apartments, to the 50 car garage and to many of the absolute best locations. 6:12 Burton is the absolute best by far. It makes the vehicle deliveries much shorter, and it's the closest to many other absolute best locations. 8:58 The absolute best facility is the one next to Fort Zancudo, since you can have all your important military vehicles in the neighbourhood between the hangar and the facility. The missions for Doomsday Heist are pretty easy to setup from there. 9:37 Again, the absolute best location is at Vinewood, near most of the other absolute best locations. 11:47 The absolute best locations are Del Perro for the coke, Murietta Heights for the meth, Vinewood for the weed, Vespucci for the money and Mission Row for the documents. Owning these businesses is indeed useful since you can optimise your nightclub and since you don't need to buy supplies any more for cash and documents.
I’d advise all those to buy their Auto Shop as close as to their apartments as possible so when you run the contracts finales you can run into your personal garage an bring out any weaponised vehicles you own.
I only disagree with the mc businesses that are in the city. The ones out by Alamo Sea have the shortest distance for the far sale missions. The ones in the city require you to drive all the way to Paleto Bay. Also, they’re the cheapest, so if you do plan to use them for the nightclub, why waste extra money?
that, and the fact that selling to Los Santos always pays out a little more in comparison. Had the Vinewood weed farm and noticed that, so I bought the San Chiaski one. next to the highway, plus also close to both Alamo Sea (for plane drop) and McKenzie Field (for heli drops). I never do Post Op or Garbage truck drops at all, so San Chainski isn't really that much of a disadvantage.
For those interested as a base price of all the businesses HN recommended it comes to a total of $38,136,000 that's before the price of any upgrades and extras you want :)
The Raton Canyon bunker is a little out of the way but has a severely underrated backdrop, the train often passes by on the elevated bridge when you enter by helicopter and w/ a nice sunset 👏
2:01 Technically, there’s a point for buying the mediums and small warehouse. For my case, I got several reasons: 1) When I have substantial amount of money, I tend to not keep it for long. 2) For newer or lazy players, takes a ton of money in order to just fill up all 111 crates and the ton of laps you gotta do for each run and depending on the mission pickup, it can add 3 additional laps when they’re individually packages. 3) It a ton of money for their tag price. 4) Smaller and Mediums ones take much less time and money, plus having less storage means less risk when selling in a public lobby. Now, I understand the high reward for the large warehouses. Instead, I own 1 small, 1 medium, and 1 large warehouse.

1:33 I always think of this specifically,some of the most expensive locations aren’t necessarily the most accessible or even make sense. The high end apts are so high in the hills away from city that its annoying leaving there every time u join a lobby
I have accommodation in a lot of places (e.g. bunker, arcade, nightclub, autoshop, hangar), so I can set whichever I want as my spawn location before joining a new lobby, saves so much time. I've barely set foot in my apartment, I just keep crappy vehicles there 🙃
Route 68 facility is worth mentioning. Right in middle of the map and has the aircraft spawn point right behind the entrance. My favourite and currently owned.
Pro tip: If you buy the Murietta Heights location for both the vehicle cargo business and the chop shop, they are both right next to each other and in the same complex. Between VC missions you can do a tow truck mission. It’s great.
The first business I bought was the CEO office at Maze Bank West and so I have bought lots of other businesses closeby. My agency, nightclub, and office are all close together and the Chumash bunker is close-ish. I would recommend this for someone who wants to get some cheaper properties.
That's what I'm doing! Lol. Got the agency closed to maze bank and a high end appt right across the banks street. Bunker up the road uh chumush Got the night club right down the road. My autoshop and Mc is down by the bottom, right above the docks. Mc business all in that lower dock,warehouse area. Thinking about moving some business but undecided.
I have the same exact locations for all my businesses, only exceptions being Facility and Auto Shop but that's because I don't have a Facility or Auto Shop. Great stuff bruh been a sub since day one, great content.
For the La Mesa vehicle warehouse. It’s worth noting that it’s right in front of some train tracks. So when sourcing a vehicle, I’d drive on those tracks and it will take me to the Los santos customs nearby. From there I’d park the car and take out any NPCs to not damage the vehicle. After the four waves I can take the vehicle without worrying about much.
i personally try to have everything in 1 spot and vespucci is pretty good for that since it has a ceo office, nightclub, arcade, cocaine lockup, apartment and an agency pretty close by

i have the nightclub next to Benny's and I like the location, its a little bit more of a drive to most dropoffs but it has pretty good access everywhere and you can hide from jets and opressors under the overpass
Having had both I can confirm Farmhouse does seem faster and better sell missions, as well as easier access- its marginal, and definitely up to personal preference. It might just be a mental thing, but having to drive around the giant hill/mountain when it looks like you could make a straight line and shave off half the time is a tiny frustration that subconsciously gnaws at you in the back of your head
The nightclub right by the main pier is better it’s also directly on top of the freeway for your sale missions and also the warehouse is protected by the large car park too.
The nightclubs in west or downtown Vinewood is better because most of the sales will take you North of the map and also have easy access to the highway.
I just learned that in order to complete the Career Progress for the MC businesses, you’ll NEED a Document Forgery office… Just like you’ll NEED an Arena War garage to complete that career progress

I love the cash factory in the country. There's a garage next door to it that I spawn in to begin my sell cycle. Cash, coke, blue candy, nightclub, mary j, acid, then grind either chop shop or air fright while I wait for a 2nd shipment of acid! I'm proud of my little system I got
I have most of these locations. And your idea of having the MC businesses two in the city and two in the desert makes sense so you can go back and forth between sourcing and selling. I never thought of that. One of my characters I have meth & cash in the desert and cane in the city so I can get to faster when I have to defend it from cops. But my other character ALL my MC businesses, including the clubhouse are in the desert along the route. But it does make sense to go back and forth if you are trying to make the most sells between the MC businesses. Thanks for the insight.
Since Cayo perico was a free money fountain, I bought all my bussinisess between Downtown and Vinewood. Most expensive locations but they are all close to each other and you can travel quickly to the locations you need to get to.
The one thing that Rockstar forgot about businesses, was the timer should be remove when doing sell mission as well as sourcing. For CEO cargo one on prices for sourcing, should be correctly change into $500 each. Instead of $2,000/$8,000/$18,000 and the transportation like cuban 800 would change something better, like Vestra is quicker. Titan > Alkonost, for boats remain the same but the speed, durable, and acceleration should R* improved
The gang isn't an issue for me. I usually kill all four waves of NPCs that chase you before driving back. As long as you don't shoot your gun in their territory, they won't shoot you.
My office, clubhouse, nightclub, agency, arcade, and cocaine lockup are all on the del perro strip with my bunker being just a minute up the western highway in Chumash.
So i like having alot my stuff close together.. Most of my properties are the same.. Arcadius office- bonus is the realistic car lift, also agree with saftey of semi indoor garage, plus across the road from 2 apartments (both of which i own) and train tunnel for loosing cops or people chasing you.. Special cargo warehouses are all the same except one.. Auto shop,arcade, nightclub and vehicle cargo warehouse aswell as car garages- i have la mesa locations keeps straight line like you pointed out with cargo warehouses plus arcade closest one to casino for heist and making hitting elite challenge more possible..vehicle cargo i dont usually do so gang aint much of an issue although am currently for career challenges, not to worried about the money (i have over 100mill all legitamate) Agency-prefer hawick as close to casino and all my la mesa buisnesses, secondary one for me would be one near del perro across the road from where you stand for your intro's Bunker-im in chumash but secondary would be one closest to your crystal lab as thats where my mc clubhouse and buisnesses all are or are closest to except green stuff which i have in vinewood but rarely sell them, bunker sales i only really do phantom wedge sell mission or one with insurgents thats only 3 drops Hangar is the same Facility- i currently have one at dam area behind casino due to being closest to city, secondary one of choice is again one closest to where your crystal lab is due to fitting in close to other buisnesses Mc clubhouse- i considered moving to la mesa but one i have currently ties in well with location of my mc buisnesses and my secondary bunker and Facility also not far from hangar Basicly la mesa and area where fake cash and crystal lab are my main 2 buissness districts I do agree with what you said and points you made though
Maze Bank West, Vespucci nightclub, La Mesa Import/Export, Rancho Auto Shop, Rockford Agency are the best😂 I have 1 small, 3 med., and large crate warehouse, all beautifully situated. MC are Route 68 and Alamo Sea. I've always liked to keep my CEO stuff downtown and biker up north. My bunker is Paleto, and hangar is LSIA. I have a hoot doing everything.😊
The only business i use anymore are agency, acid lab, auto shop when there is bonuses, vehicle cargo, and nightclub. I sell to street dealers everything else that accumulates via stash house raids. Payphone hits and security can be done anywhere, acid lab can be done anywhere, and pick whatever location you want for your nightclub because its the only completely passive business besides doing a sell mission. vehicle cargo is quick, fun, and easy and im suprised its not more highly recommended. Auto shop is decent but a little slow depending on the set ups. The 'best' older businesses like bunker/coke/special cargo and the better MC businesses feel like a chore keeping up with the restock/sell when you have them all. Starting out a new account i guess locations are more important but you are heavily incentivized to just use the free ones to get for your night club going. Just some thoughts for newer people who overthink the locations, there are literally too many ways to make money to keep up, not even considering heists if you like them. Get your acid lab ASAP and then work on getting enough businesses to run a nightclub. Agency technically pays for itself with the dre contract and then you have access to payphone hits, but it's not necessary.
Originally got the free bunker but hated it before long due to it being so far out of the way of everything. Got my money up and switched to the Farmhouse. So much better

Unpopular opinion: I have all of the possible businesses in Paleto Bay. - They are literally all so close to each other that you can run door-to-door in moments, not even a requirement to use a vehicle - They are directly on the main highway. Yes, granted, it takes an extra 2-3 minutes to drive down to the city, but you have no weird roads to navigate, traffic is easy to get around and it's a stright and easy run to either the left or right of the map - Way, WAY less chance of getting griefed.. Most sessions, I have the whole area to myself. - They're cheap - Once I've done everything I need to in Paleto Bay, I can just 'Start New Session' with my Nightclub as the spawn and I'm then central to all of my city businesses.
la mesa, you only take the highway access to it, its literally right next to it, no gang members to worry about then shooting the vehicle up costing you loads

I heavily dislike the Ron Alternates Wind Farm Facility, I used it for act 1, 2 and 3 and it was a pain. I much prefer the Route 68 or Grand Senora Desert facility as they are more centred and is right next to aircraft spawn locations.
The trips seem too long only because the GPS takes into account the entire downhill of the Ron wind farm path directly to the road but if you simply go down and up the mountain you shave 2 or 3 kilometers off the trip
For the Acid Lab I park it right besides my Nightclub the Vinewood one at top of the Map. It is pretty central and delivering products from there is quicker.
for me hands down best vehicle warehouse is Davis because it's right next to the arcade (the two businesses are actually in the same building) it takes 30 seconds to run between them you can even park your cargobob in the car park outside to use it for pickups & deliveries
I chose Chumash búnker cause I’m bunching everything on Del Perro . Even though Farmhouse is better apparently. Everything is more chill in Del Perro as well , Hawick and that Area surrounding is just so active all the time.
My crew has our turf set in la mesa.we even have la mesa written on our crew logo. We have just always loved hanging around that area so I've always bought every business location either in la mesa or close to it which I've never regretted so cool Having everything just down the street from each other
Here are my locations. CEO Office: Lombank West Special Cargo Warehouses: Xero Gas, Bileco, Walker and Sons, Wholesale Furniture, and Cypress Flats Vehicle Warehouse: Airport Bunker: Chumash Autoshop: Strawberry Salvage Yard: Strawberry Arcade: West Vinewood Nightclub: Downtown Vinewood Facility: Great Chapparell MC Clubhouse: Great Chapparell MC Businesses: Desert and I think that's it.
I use all of these locations, with one exception...Route 68 Facility and I think it is leagues better than Ron Alternates. Because, hear me out, it's almost literally right smack in the middle of the map, but (more importantly) it is located right in the backyard of the meth lab, across the street from the cash factory and right down the road from the cocaine lockup. This gives you a spawn location that is located right next to all of your MC businesses for fast travel to and from. Alternatively, you could go with the Zancudo River Facility to put it closer to the cocaine lockup. Unless you are going to be running the Doomsday Heist on a regular basis, this gives your Facility more functionality in relation and synergy with your other businesses. You could go for one of the Bunkers or the Clubhouse in that area, but I think that detracts some convenience from doing bike deliveries and bunker sell missions/spare part deliveries. Putting a Facility there all you are losing out on is a little convenience from doing the Doomsday Heist which, again, unless you are running that Heist on the reg, you're not really losing much. If you don't run Doomsday AT ALL, then you're actually gaining a more practical function for your Facility.
Considering my nightclub was like down the block from west vinewood and the eclipse boulevard 50 car garage, I decided I'll take that large right there since I'll definitely be on that side of town and can set that as a spawn location when needed.
i like the grand senora clubhouse because if you use the cheapest options for the mc businesses (or at least the 3 that actually matter), you can spawn in the clubhouse and be less than a mile from each of them

Did you know one can use a cargobob to deliver the weapons spare parts, and with the farmhouse bunker one can spawn a personal aircraft just outside the fencing.
I pay my warehouse staff every 48 minutes to source crates but apart from one of them they all just get like 1 crate every time and it takes days or weeks to fill but I hear people saying it takes a few days am I doing something wrong
All you have to do is put your time into collecting. It only took me two days to fill 111 boxes. I was collecting alone with someone’s help. It takes a whole day, but no one will help you
I think I took a bit of an unconventional approach. I’ll list my properties below in case anyone is interested. I purchased them for convenience and distance from each other. Del Perro Clubhouse with Morningwood Cocaine and Vespucci Canals Counterfeit Cash. Farmhouse bunker with Grand Senora Facility due to proximity to the airport and centralized map locations. Fort Zancudo hangar for the same reason HarmNone stated. Del Perro Nightclub for proximity to the Maze Bank West office, Del Perro apartments and Del Perro MC club. La Puerto Vehicle Warehouse and West Vinewood Backlot Cargo Warehouse. Don’t buy anything besides a large warehouse for both and these are centralized with easy highway access.
I too own the Arcadius one, but it has one disadvantage over the other 3 CEO offices.. you can't auto land a Heli on top... on the other locations when you are close to the helipad you can push a button to land and be teleported inside... the helipad on Arcadius does not give that option. What also is different is the extra animation when you enter the CEO garages, you will see the car drive into an elevator.
As for cargo warehouse, i went for 1 large, 2 medium and 2 small. If you were to do crates and sell missions. Source large, then small and keep doing this. By the time you filled the large, the other ones will be full too. But now with the ability to send staff on sourcing, it whatever you prefer i guess
I never source anymore because I don't have the Oppressor and I found the missions to either be annoying or straight up impossible with regular cars like the Zentorno. For example the one where you need to drop 3 choppers for your cargo is impossible, at most you're getting 2 crates if you don't have the Oppressor Mk2 or other weaponised aircraft. Now I just send the warehouse NPCs to source crates and focus on the delivery from the office and cars for active money making while the businesses run in the background

Totally agree with your statements about Arcadius Business Center, however I think most people only buy the Maze Bank Tower for the show factor.
I moved to Arcadius a few months ago from further afield and added the garages (it was a CEO offices discount week) and I'm so glad I did. The garage entrance being under the building has helped me out a few times.
I only use the maze bank tower because I got it for free because i got the criminal enterprise starter pack when I bought gtav

I think so long as all your properties are clustered together it doesn’t really matter. Central is better for sure, but by that argument, everything in Vinewood is best. If it isn’t awkward to get to, and it’s nearby, it’s a winner imo.
With the Auto Shop I think the most expensive one is the best because of the ten car garage between it and the arcade because you can use it to store weaponised and armoured vehicles to go in and get for most contracts but any Auto Shop in close proximity to at least a 6 car garage property or apartment is viable for this.

In my opinion, the Great Chaparral Clubhouse is the best reason firstly reason being it is free, secondly it is in the middle of the map and if you have purchased most MC businesses in Grand Senora you can easily spawn at your clubhouse next to ur businesses, just my opinion, thanks Harmnone for the banger ❤️🙏
It is only free if you have the Criminal Enterprise Starterpack. Otherwise it is $200k.
That's a great starter location for anybody that is starting an MC, as it's free for purchase under the Criminal Enterprises DLC, all you're going to spend money on is additions, such as Bike Custom Shop and any cosmetics upgrades.

3:21 The best location is the one near Groove Street, followed by La Mesa. What you said about the gang is an absolute nonsense this you almost never get to the warehouse from the street where the gang lives but from the highway.
4:51 Hawick is by far the best location, it makes the mission way faster and it's the closest location to most of the other absolute best locations.
5:32 The one near Eclipse Towers is the absolute best, close to the best apartments, to the 50 car garage and to many of the absolute best locations.
6:12 Burton is the absolute best by far. It makes the vehicle deliveries much shorter, and it's the closest to many other absolute best locations.
8:58 The absolute best facility is the one next to Fort Zancudo, since you can have all your important military vehicles in the neighbourhood between the hangar and the facility. The missions for Doomsday Heist are pretty easy to setup from there.
9:37 Again, the absolute best location is at Vinewood, near most of the other absolute best locations.
11:47 The absolute best locations are Del Perro for the coke, Murietta Heights for the meth, Vinewood for the weed, Vespucci for the money and Mission Row for the documents. Owning these businesses is indeed useful since you can optimise your nightclub and since you don't need to buy supplies any more for cash and documents.

I’d advise all those to buy their Auto Shop as close as to their apartments as possible so when you run the contracts finales you can run into your personal garage an bring out any weaponised vehicles you own.
I only disagree with the mc businesses that are in the city. The ones out by Alamo Sea have the shortest distance for the far sale missions. The ones in the city require you to drive all the way to Paleto Bay. Also, they’re the cheapest, so if you do plan to use them for the nightclub, why waste extra money?
Easier to access in the city, this video is kind of pointless as it all comes down to personal preference really.
that, and the fact that selling to Los Santos always pays out a little more in comparison. Had the Vinewood weed farm and noticed that, so I bought the San Chiaski one. next to the highway, plus also close to both Alamo Sea (for plane drop) and McKenzie Field (for heli drops). I never do Post Op or Garbage truck drops at all, so San Chainski isn't really that much of a disadvantage.

The Raton Canyon bunker is a little out of the way but has a severely underrated backdrop, the train often passes by on the elevated bridge when you enter by helicopter and w/ a nice sunset 👏
2:01 Technically, there’s a point for buying the mediums and small warehouse. For my case, I got several reasons:
1) When I have substantial amount of money, I tend to not keep it for long.
2) For newer or lazy players, takes a ton of money in order to just fill up all 111 crates and the ton of laps you gotta do for each run and depending on the mission pickup, it can add 3 additional laps when they’re individually packages.
3) It a ton of money for their tag price.
4) Smaller and Mediums ones take much less time and money, plus having less storage means less risk when selling in a public lobby.
Now, I understand the high reward for the large warehouses. Instead, I own 1 small, 1 medium, and 1 large warehouse.
3499 is the best Hangar. Your land vehicles or Oppressor spawn right outside, and you have your own runway leading to the door.

1:33 I always think of this specifically,some of the most expensive locations aren’t necessarily the most accessible or even make sense. The high end apts are so high in the hills away from city that its annoying leaving there every time u join a lobby
I have accommodation in a lot of places (e.g. bunker, arcade, nightclub, autoshop, hangar), so I can set whichever I want as my spawn location before joining a new lobby, saves so much time. I've barely set foot in my apartment, I just keep crappy vehicles there 🙃
Route 68 facility is worth mentioning. Right in middle of the map and has the aircraft spawn point right behind the entrance. My favourite and currently owned.

Pro tip: If you buy the Murietta Heights location for both the vehicle cargo business and the chop shop, they are both right next to each other and in the same complex.
Between VC missions you can do a tow truck mission. It’s great.
The first business I bought was the CEO office at Maze Bank West and so I have bought lots of other businesses closeby. My agency, nightclub, and office are all close together and the Chumash bunker is close-ish. I would recommend this for someone who wants to get some cheaper properties.
That's what I'm doing! Lol. Got the agency closed to maze bank and a high end appt right across the banks street. Bunker up the road uh chumush Got the night club right down the road. My autoshop and Mc is down by the bottom, right above the docks. Mc business all in that lower dock,warehouse area. Thinking about moving some business but undecided.

I have the same exact locations for all my businesses, only exceptions being Facility and Auto Shop but that's because I don't have a Facility or Auto Shop. Great stuff bruh been a sub since day one, great content.
For the La Mesa vehicle warehouse. It’s worth noting that it’s right in front of some train tracks. So when sourcing a vehicle, I’d drive on those tracks and it will take me to the Los santos customs nearby. From there I’d park the car and take out any NPCs to not damage the vehicle. After the four waves I can take the vehicle without worrying about much.
i personally try to have everything in 1 spot and vespucci is pretty good for that since it has a ceo office, nightclub, arcade, cocaine lockup, apartment and an agency pretty close by
But not autoshop :(
For the cash factory: just opposite of the factory is a garage you can buy which you can use to spawn in.
I generally have most of my Business around the Vespucci/Del Perro area .. it’s gives good vibes in a city of chaos lmao 🤷🏻♂️🌅

i have the nightclub next to Benny's and I like the location, its a little bit more of a drive to most dropoffs but it has pretty good access everywhere and you can hide from jets and opressors under the overpass

disagree with Chumash bunker. The hill doesnt even matter and its right next to the highway. no going down a slow dirt road.
Having had both I can confirm Farmhouse does seem faster and better sell missions, as well as easier access- its marginal, and definitely up to personal preference. It might just be a mental thing, but having to drive around the giant hill/mountain when it looks like you could make a straight line and shave off half the time is a tiny frustration that subconsciously gnaws at you in the back of your head
If you stick to the freeway for both sourcing and selling with the vehicle warehouse, La Mesa is actually a really really good location.
The Auto shop you purchased is awesome, it has it's own personal parking lot on top of it!
The nightclub right by the main pier is better it’s also directly on top of the freeway for your sale missions and also the warehouse is protected by the large car park too.
The nightclubs in west or downtown Vinewood is better because most of the sales will take you North of the map and also have easy access to the highway.

With the bunker it depends. if you do it like me and max the bunker every time and only sell with the two trucks, then the chumas bunker is good.

I love the cash factory in the country. There's a garage next door to it that I spawn in to begin my sell cycle. Cash, coke, blue candy, nightclub, mary j, acid, then grind either chop shop or air fright while I wait for a 2nd shipment of acid! I'm proud of my little system I got
I swear, changing my LSIA Hangar to a Fort Zancudo Hangar changed my life. Feels good not having to get killed over and over in LSIA

I have most of these locations. And your idea of having the MC businesses two in the city and two in the desert makes sense so you can go back and forth between sourcing and selling. I never thought of that. One of my characters I have meth & cash in the desert and cane in the city so I can get to faster when I have to defend it from cops. But my other character ALL my MC businesses, including the clubhouse are in the desert along the route. But it does make sense to go back and forth if you are trying to make the most sells between the MC businesses. Thanks for the insight.
Since Cayo perico was a free money fountain, I bought all my bussinisess between Downtown and Vinewood. Most expensive locations but they are all close to each other and you can travel quickly to the locations you need to get to.

La Mesa cargo is my favorite. Come and go on the freeway side and it’s extremely efficient.
The one thing that Rockstar forgot about businesses, was the timer should be remove when doing sell mission as well as sourcing.
For CEO cargo one on prices for sourcing, should be correctly change into $500 each. Instead of $2,000/$8,000/$18,000 and the transportation like cuban 800 would change something better, like Vestra is quicker. Titan > Alkonost, for boats remain the same but the speed, durable, and acceleration should R* improved
The prices do seem exaggerated but I suppose the final profit makes up for it quite a bit
The gang isn't an issue for me. I usually kill all four waves of NPCs that chase you before driving back. As long as you don't shoot your gun in their territory, they won't shoot you.
My office, clubhouse, nightclub, agency, arcade, and cocaine lockup are all on the del perro strip with my bunker being just a minute up the western highway in Chumash.
Same way better and my hangar right about that at the military base
I prefer the Land Act Reservoir Facility, its closer and I have no issue's with the mountain as I'm a decent driver, everything else I agree with.
I just want the flex of the maze Bank lmao. Very thankful for this guide though because I'm trying to get all my businesses in order

Arcadius office- bonus is the realistic car lift, also agree with saftey of semi indoor garage, plus across the road from 2 apartments (both of which i own) and train tunnel for loosing cops or people chasing you..
Special cargo warehouses are all the same except one..
Auto shop,arcade, nightclub and vehicle cargo warehouse aswell as car garages- i have la mesa locations keeps straight line like you pointed out with cargo warehouses plus arcade closest one to casino for heist and making hitting elite challenge more possible..vehicle cargo i dont usually do so gang aint much of an issue although am currently for career challenges, not to worried about the money (i have over 100mill all legitamate)
Agency-prefer hawick as close to casino and all my la mesa buisnesses, secondary one for me would be one near del perro across the road from where you stand for your intro's
Bunker-im in chumash but secondary would be one closest to your crystal lab as thats where my mc clubhouse and buisnesses all are or are closest to except green stuff which i have in vinewood but rarely sell them, bunker sales i only really do phantom wedge sell mission or one with insurgents thats only 3 drops

Facility- i currently have one at dam area behind casino due to being closest to city, secondary one of choice is again one closest to where your crystal lab is due to fitting in close to other buisnesses
Mc clubhouse- i considered moving to la mesa but one i have currently ties in well with location of my mc buisnesses and my secondary bunker and Facility also not far from hangar
Basicly la mesa and area where fake cash and crystal lab are my main 2 buissness districts

I have 1 small, 3 med., and large crate warehouse, all beautifully situated. MC are Route 68 and Alamo Sea.
I've always liked to keep my CEO stuff downtown and biker up north. My bunker is Paleto, and hangar is LSIA.

Getting the airport hangars is more practical as most people never go to fort zancudo and the airport is actually close to everything else
The only business i use anymore are agency, acid lab, auto shop when there is bonuses, vehicle cargo, and nightclub. I sell to street dealers everything else that accumulates via stash house raids. Payphone hits and security can be done anywhere, acid lab can be done anywhere, and pick whatever location you want for your nightclub because its the only completely passive business besides doing a sell mission. vehicle cargo is quick, fun, and easy and im suprised its not more highly recommended. Auto shop is decent but a little slow depending on the set ups. The 'best' older businesses like bunker/coke/special cargo and the better MC businesses feel like a chore keeping up with the restock/sell when you have them all.
Starting out a new account i guess locations are more important but you are heavily incentivized to just use the free ones to get for your night club going.
Just some thoughts for newer people who overthink the locations, there are literally too many ways to make money to keep up, not even considering heists if you like them. Get your acid lab ASAP and then work on getting enough businesses to run a nightclub. Agency technically pays for itself with the dre contract and then you have access to payphone hits, but it's not necessary.

I have the La Mesa Vehicle Warehouse and i never once had an issue with gang members and i have sourced and sold countless cars from there, as long as you pay attention you are fine
Unpopular opinion: I have all of the possible businesses in Paleto Bay.
- They are literally all so close to each other that you can run door-to-door in moments, not even a requirement to use a vehicle
- They are directly on the main highway. Yes, granted, it takes an extra 2-3 minutes to drive down to the city, but you have no weird roads to navigate, traffic is easy to get around and it's a stright and easy run to either the left or right of the map
- Way, WAY less chance of getting griefed.. Most sessions, I have the whole area to myself.
- They're cheap
- Once I've done everything I need to in Paleto Bay, I can just 'Start New Session' with my Nightclub as the spawn and I'm then central to all of my city businesses.

I heavily dislike the Ron Alternates Wind Farm Facility, I used it for act 1, 2 and 3 and it was a pain. I much prefer the Route 68 or Grand Senora Desert facility as they are more centred and is right next to aircraft spawn locations.
The trips seem too long only because the GPS takes into account the entire downhill of the Ron wind farm path directly to the road but if you simply go down and up the mountain you shave 2 or 3 kilometers off the trip
For the Acid Lab I park it right besides my Nightclub the Vinewood one at top of the Map. It is pretty central and delivering products from there is quicker.

for me hands down best vehicle warehouse is Davis because it's right next to the arcade (the two businesses are actually in the same building) it takes 30 seconds to run between them
you can even park your cargobob in the car park outside to use it for pickups & deliveries
I chose Chumash búnker cause I’m bunching everything on Del Perro . Even though Farmhouse is better apparently. Everything is more chill in Del Perro as well , Hawick and that Area surrounding is just so active all the time.
My crew has our turf set in la mesa.we even have la mesa written on our crew logo. We have just always loved hanging around that area so I've always bought every business location either in la mesa or close to it which I've never regretted so cool Having everything just down the street from each other
Here are my locations.
CEO Office: Lombank West
Special Cargo Warehouses: Xero Gas, Bileco, Walker and Sons, Wholesale Furniture, and Cypress Flats
Vehicle Warehouse: Airport
Bunker: Chumash
Autoshop: Strawberry
Salvage Yard: Strawberry
Arcade: West Vinewood
Nightclub: Downtown Vinewood
Facility: Great Chapparell
MC Clubhouse: Great Chapparell
MC Businesses: Desert
and I think that's it.
I use all of these locations, with one exception...Route 68 Facility and I think it is leagues better than Ron Alternates. Because, hear me out, it's almost literally right smack in the middle of the map, but (more importantly) it is located right in the backyard of the meth lab, across the street from the cash factory and right down the road from the cocaine lockup. This gives you a spawn location that is located right next to all of your MC businesses for fast travel to and from.
Alternatively, you could go with the Zancudo River Facility to put it closer to the cocaine lockup. Unless you are going to be running the Doomsday Heist on a regular basis, this gives your Facility more functionality in relation and synergy with your other businesses. You could go for one of the Bunkers or the Clubhouse in that area, but I think that detracts some convenience from doing bike deliveries and bunker sell missions/spare part deliveries. Putting a Facility there all you are losing out on is a little convenience from doing the Doomsday Heist which, again, unless you are running that Heist on the reg, you're not really losing much. If you don't run Doomsday AT ALL, then you're actually gaining a more practical function for your Facility.

Considering my nightclub was like down the block from west vinewood and the eclipse boulevard 50 car garage, I decided I'll take that large right there since I'll definitely be on that side of town and can set that as a spawn location when needed.
i like the grand senora clubhouse because if you use the cheapest options for the mc businesses (or at least the 3 that actually matter), you can spawn in the clubhouse and be less than a mile from each of them

Did you know one can use a cargobob to deliver the weapons spare parts, and with the farmhouse bunker one can spawn a personal aircraft just outside the fencing.
I pay my warehouse staff every 48 minutes to source crates but apart from one of them they all just get like 1 crate every time and it takes days or weeks to fill but I hear people saying it takes a few days am I doing something wrong
All you have to do is put your time into collecting. It only took me two days to fill 111 boxes. I was collecting alone with someone’s help. It takes a whole day, but no one will help you

I think I took a bit of an unconventional approach. I’ll list my properties below in case anyone is interested. I purchased them for convenience and distance from each other.
Del Perro Clubhouse with Morningwood Cocaine and Vespucci Canals Counterfeit Cash.
Farmhouse bunker with Grand Senora Facility due to proximity to the airport and centralized map locations.
Fort Zancudo hangar for the same reason HarmNone stated.
Del Perro Nightclub for proximity to the Maze Bank West office, Del Perro apartments and Del Perro MC club.
La Puerto Vehicle Warehouse and West Vinewood Backlot Cargo Warehouse. Don’t buy anything besides a large warehouse for both and these are centralized with easy highway access.
I too own the Arcadius one, but it has one disadvantage over the other 3 CEO offices.. you can't auto land a Heli on top... on the other locations when you are close to the helipad you can push a button to land and be teleported inside... the helipad on Arcadius does not give that option.
What also is different is the extra animation when you enter the CEO garages, you will see the car drive into an elevator.
I've got my Apartment, Arcade, Agency, Ceo & Nightclub all in a little circle + thinking of moving my MC too... with the Auto Shop just down the road.
As for cargo warehouse, i went for 1 large, 2 medium and 2 small. If you were to do crates and sell missions. Source large, then small and keep doing this. By the time you filled the large, the other ones will be full too. But now with the ability to send staff on sourcing, it whatever you prefer i guess
I never source anymore because I don't have the Oppressor and I found the missions to either be annoying or straight up impossible with regular cars like the Zentorno. For example the one where you need to drop 3 choppers for your cargo is impossible, at most you're getting 2 crates if you don't have the Oppressor Mk2 or other weaponised aircraft. Now I just send the warehouse NPCs to source crates and focus on the delivery from the office and cars for active money making while the businesses run in the background
