damn, makes me kinda miss this car. My first car was a 2003 Toyota Corolla and it got me everywhere with barely any problems at 220k mile, besides timely maintenance. Went from that to driving a 2015 Dodge Challenger SXT and everybody tells me it was one hell of an upgrade haha! Miss that little ride though. I plan on getting a newer gen Camry someday in the future as a daily.
my parents had a 2000 Mazda MPV for 12 years. bought it in 2004 and drove it until the engine literally blew up on the freeway in 2015. one of the best vehicles of my childhood 😯
So you've driven both my current car (a 2011 Honda Accord EX-L, though mine's a V6) and the car that I was in the most during my teenage years (my mom's 2003 Corolla S, this is an '05 but the '03 was the same body style). My mom's was that same red, too! Only difference is that hers was a stick shift. It was a good car, reasonably comfortable, good on gas, and indestructible. So many memories of going to dinner with my mom, collecting classic video games with her, just a great time. She got it on March 24, 2003 when her 1994 Mitsubishi Eclipse died, and replaced it on December 28, 2014, three days after my 22nd birthday, with a 2013 Honda CR-Z. September 22, 2022 12:12 am
