One must define glorification and sanctification first.

The kjv says anyone born of God cannot sin, not will not practice sin.

Listen carefully to the quote from marten Luther, he was against pastors who ," strengthened and encouraged people in their public sin" I don't know any free grace preachers who do that.

John does not say that he that is born of God does not "practice" sinning, but that he that is born of God does not sin, period.
So the problem is that the bible version the preacher is using rationalises things rather than rightly dividing the word.
For a proper understanding of sin and righteousness, pls refer to the hamartiology section of website
    colossians dot freeforums dot net
where you will find a detailed work entitited "Sin and Righteousness structurally explained".
You should also refer to the law vs grace section on the site.

Matthew 7:16-20 You will know them by their fruit. Do men pick grapes from thorns? Do
men pick figs from thistles? 17 It is true, every good tree has
good fruit. Every bad tree has bad fruit. 18 A good tree cannot
have bad fruit. A bad tree cannot have good fruit. 19 Every
tree that does not have good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 So
you will know them by their fruit.

Do You Bear Fruit? - Paul Washer
John 15:5 I am the Vine and
you are the branches. Get your life from Me. Then I will live in you and you
will give much fruit. You can do nothing without Me.

How can this be??? What of the thief on the cross? What amount of Holiness did that man develop in the minutes remaining in his life before he died with Christ on the cross for his life of sin? When John speaks of the Holiness assumed to the Christian he is speaking of the need for the imputation of the Holiness of Christ in order to enter the Kingdom of heaven. This not due to low view of God's law, but in I high view of his law of which PERFECTION is required. And the only way to achieve perfection is to have Christ's perfection given to us. This does not cause a desire to continue to sin, but when we truly understand the amazing gift and the fullness of Christ we have no need of sin because we know that in Christ was have everything that we need. Jesus + nothing = everything.
Also this leaves no room for addressing the need for Christ that all people have,, even those who are naturally good at keeping the rules. There are a lot of people, and this is evident to all parents, who are born not struggling to keep the rules in the same way that other do. Some children need much discipline and others hardly need it all. Does this mean that these people have no need of Christ??? NO WAY!!! All have fallen short, there is no one without sin, no not one. Increasing in the belief of all the aspects of what the gospel is, increases the natural resulting fruit of the Spirit. There is a reason that the Apostle Paul states 'Works of the Flesh' and 'Fruit of the Spirit' when we truly grasp the all encompassing all surpassing worth of Christ Jesus our Lord it diminishes our love for the lies of this world and grows us in the Fruit of the Spirit in a way that is as natural as Fruit grows on a tree.

But that *everything* includes SACNTIFICATION (HOLINESS) from glory to glory to glory to GLORIFICATION and it will only be if you are truly JUSTIFIED...

Hmm, I don't know about the idea that we can try to please God with a "Good enough" or "we tried" through our good works after Salvation/ as the fruits of the Spirit. I would think that those fruits to be truly fruits of the spirit would have to be "direct" works of the Holy Spirit, of Jesus Christ through us. In that through us, God works, not that we do anything. So to me the idea that we do things and have some sort of okayish works that God pats us on the head for feels contradictory to the whole idea that God is holy and can therefore only accept what is Holy and perfect, basically of Himself, of the Spirit, of Jesus.
Not to say that we do not go out in faith, but that when we do, the perfect fruits holy and acceptable before God are that which Christ wrought through us. I guess, more the idea that we have a testimony of how God worked and what He showed us, rather than some idea that we did something. I believe Paul does speak of that as well. How he strived - but not really him, but Christ in Him.

Romans 8:9 But you are not
doing what your sinful old selves want you to do. You are doing what the Holy
Spirit tells you to do, if you have God’s Spirit living in you. No one belongs
to Christ if he does not have Christ’s Spirit in him.
    1 Corinthians 2:14 But
people who aren't spiritual can't receive these truths from God's Spirit. It
all sounds foolish to them and they can't understand it, for only those who are
spiritual can understand what the Spirit means.
Only after this happened i could understand these things.
Proverbs 9:10 The FEAR of the LORD is the beginning of
wisdom, and the knowledge of the Holy One is insight.
2 Corinthians 3:14 But the people's minds were hardened, and
to this day whenever the OLD covenant is being read, the same veil covers their
minds so they cannot understand the truth. And this veil can be removed ONLY by
    believing in Christ.

And that growing in the fruits and works of the SPIRIT will only grow by the use of warnings, decipline, teaching and feeding on CHRIST and his word...they dont just appear out of the blue...strive to enter the straight gate...work out your salvation...but we know that the decisive worker is GOD HIMSELF at work in you....and what I have stated above are means to be SANCTIFIED leading to glorification...all we heard from Kevin DeYoung is plainly from scriptures...
