the jojo in stardust crusaders is different than the one in part one, each part there is a new jojo. Part 1 is Jonathan, Part 2 is joseph, part 3 jotaro, part 4 josuke and so on. they are each nicknamed jojo and are the MC of their part

That's not Jonathan from part 1. Jotaro is a different character

When you mention Jotaro as Jonathan even though Jonathan is literally 5 generations before Jotaro was even born. Stardust Crusaders takes place somewhere in the 1980’s. Phantom Blood takes place in like the 1800’s.
I don't think you are actually watching Jojo if you are getting things this screwed up. Johnathan Joestar is not Jotaro Kujo. Pay attention!

There are so far 9 parts in jjba but only 6 of the parts are animated
Part 1 = phantom blood
Part 2 = battle tendecy
Part 3 = stardust crusader
Part 4 = diamond is unbreakable
Part 5 = golden wind
Part 6 = stone ocean
Part 7 = stell ball run
Part 8 = jojolion
Part 9 = jojoland
Part 7 - 9 is not animated yet
And they probably will never be

The beatdown on Steely Dan is one of the longest beatdowns in the series, as it lasted whole 3 pages in the manga and 22 seconds in the anime. And I said "one of the longest" because there's an even longer one in one of the parts of the series
