One notable use case is AI scribe. You just put your meeting recording in some transcribing tool, then pass it to ChatGPT. ChatGpt creates Meeting Notes with Action Items and next steps. This use case is already implemented in some enterprise.
So i am a tech BA in a sales organisation, and i tried using chatgpt. After displaying the query requested for it tells u to have a physical interaction with the customer to get there real feedback 😂
*One usecase from India:* *Background* The Indian Government in working to break the language barrier of the internet through an AI powered translation system called *Bhashini.* This is an AI-powered translation system that will connect 94% of Indians, who use one of the 122 local languages, with the internet, which is overwhelmingly in English. *India's Bhashini language AI tool has been integrated with ChatGPT.* Somebody in the Hindi-speaking hinterland can speak or type a question in Hindi to ChatGPT. ChatGPT finds the answer and actually gives the answer back in written or spoken Hindi. Not limited to Hindi, this will transform the way people in India access the internet. Instead of accessing the internet content, overwhelmingly English, they will do so in one of the 122 major Indian languages
Sounds like Ai is at least over 50% effective in doing BA type work. In a couple of years, you might see it over 90% on how fast it is advancing. This could result in less BA jobs and lower salaries.

For document review, a BA can also use highlighter to highlight points that are key for the reviewer.
