Note: if it plays 4 minute cylinders (I can see quite a few Blue Amberols in there; and the selection played is definitely from the 1920s), it must be after 1908. Previous to 1908, all cylinders were 2 minute, which required a different feed screw to play them.
Never seen one before and am completely smitten!! I think I only have 12-14 cylinders but this would be the way to display them. I've always dreamed of having a juke (well, as an adult, I now need two - one for 78s,etc.) but I would love to see one of these live someday.

What's thing! I'm truly curious of the worth of this precursor of jukeboxes?...
