Pls suggest rear speaker kit for Samsung soundbar(2.1 with wireless subwoofer) model HW-B550.
Sir, since this soundbar doesn't come with rear speaker provisions & in that case the rear speakers needs to be connected with the T.V. you are using & can't be connected/tuned or synchronized with your existing soundbar i.e. Samsung soundbar(2.1 with wireless subwoofer) model HW-B550. You will not be able to experience the actual sound you are looking for. If soundbar has the provision to connect rear speakers then it means it can synchronized the sound accordingly. Connecting a rear speaker to a television in the sense means connecting another speaker can't give that rear speaker effect here. Rear speaker works only when needed as soundbar can control it called synchronization. In your case the the external speakers will sound like normal speakers.
You can try these but I will suggest not to buy these as they aren't available in most trusted websites like Amazon, Flipkart or even Samsung's official IN websites.

Hello sir,
Thanks for asking your query here. I hope, you & your family members are staying safe & healthy indoors in this Covid-19 situation.
Frankly speaking, installing the rear speakers with the help of the wall brackets that you purchase from BOSE separately is super easy, but to make the arrangements like that so as the wires are not visible & setting the receiver on the wall is somewhat tricky. As, you asked me that question I will surely guide you with the same, so that you can too.
If you wall is a common wall for example in my case, the one side of that wall is of my drawing room's where I installed that rear speakers along with that receiver & the opposite wall is the wall of the washroom where I hide that wires using a simple casing (i.e. white casing tubes to hide the wires in many case, available in any electric shop just ask them & they will provide you the case as per your size i.e. length or wire.)
Now, I am mentioning the main steps:-
1. Mark the areas on the wall where you want to install the rear speakers.
2. First, install the main wall brackets on the wall itself that will be holding your main speakers.
3. Now, make an average sized hole on the wall, if the wall is the same like mine one I described earlier, just two to three fingers above the wall brackets you installed on both sides for the two rear speakers.
4. No, need to follow the above step if you can't access the other side of that wall where you will be installing the speakers, from any other room (i.e. if not a common wall then no need to make that holes.)
5. After, that you need to take our the wires together from that hole to the other side of the wall, now, the wall on the other side where you will be installing the speakers is clean.
6. Now, you need to tie all the wires together & do the casing from both the sides for both the speakers.
7. The above step is same for both type of walls.
8. Make a common plug point for both the speakers at the center of the wall. Make a common switch for those two speakers so, that when you turn the switch on then both will power on.
9. Casing will help you & you don't need to do concealed connections.
10. If the wires become short in this process also happen for my case so, do one thing that is cut the main current's wire and use good quality copper wires to extend the main wire & tape it with black tapes.
11. Contact your electrician also, for the whole work & tell them these steps he can also understand it & rest you can guide him too, during the work process.

Can I add 4 700 speakers to the soundbar. I just bought the Bose 900 sound bar. But I can’t find any info telling me that I can add four speakers plus the sub. Is this possible with the app
I hope it will not be possible. 2 similar type of products can't be paired together.

Hi, just connected my Bose surround 300 speaker to my soundbar 900 but no sound coming up from the surround speaker , any idea? Thanks
The Bose Surround Speakers are compatible with:-
Bose Smart Soundbar 600
Bose Smart Soundbar 900 (yours)
Bose Smart Soundbar 300
Bose Smart Soundbar 700
Bose Soundbar 500
SoundTouch 300 soundbar
Since, it is compatible then there might be some connectivity issues. Download Bose Music app, connect it with your main 900 soundbar, now move to the accessories section & check if the toggle is turned on for rear speakers or not for both L & R.
If the problem is still there, then remove those rear speakers & other accessories. Reboot your soundbar to factory reset option & then connect all of them separately one by one. Make sure your wifi connection is stable enough. Follow these steps.

I have soundtouch 300 and was planning to add subwoofer and surround speakers. Are you able to distinguish the surround that comes from the surround speakers or the soundbar overpowers it? Did you had a chance to compare it with lifestyle 650? How much is the surround difference between the two when soundbar is paired with subwoofer and surround speakers?
First of all, thanks for asking your question & also supporting my channel. The soundbar, bass module & rear speakers all these three speakers are the best from there each point of view. I personally purchased the soundbar first & then bought the bass module & after that the rear speakers. I could clearly distinguish each and every sound that came from all these three speakers. The bass module adds a touch of rich & loud bass & the rear speakers feel as if you are sitting in a home theatre.
You can surely buy them as each speaker is worth buying. When all these three speakers play simultaneously then you can easily experience the true sound effect that Bose offers. Even the mobile app is also there from where you can control all the volume levels & can also play the bass module & rear speakers together or any one at a time. The system is so well designed & optimized that the main soundbar volume doesn't overcome the rear speakers volume & hence, as a result you can get a very good sound audio experience.
Moving to your next question, the lifestyle 650 is designed completely for a different purpose. It can't give you the true sound experience if you already got familiar to your soundbar's sound quality.

Bose Soundbar 700 is, without a doubt, one of the best soundbars in the world. It’s tested and proven to produce exceptional sound quality, functionality and carry various features at a decent price. The system is incredible but limited to working with accessories made specifically for it.
POINT 1:- The Bose Soundbar 700 can connect to a pair of Bose Surround Speakers and up to two subwoofers (Bose Bass modules) that are the same size. You also cannot connect another soundbar to it.
As long as you use the Bose Connect App, you can connect up to four speakers playing in harmony with the Party mode setting. The stereo mode setting enables each speaker/subwoofer to work independently.

It's not going to be a fair comparison then. But, Bose has a more better surround sound feel/experience than Sonos. You can easily make the comparison by yourself. I think Bose & Sonos both are good from their own point of view.

Main Bose Soundbar 700 price:- Rs. 79,000/- i.e. the actual price at which I bought it. Plus the L-shaped clamps to hang the soundbar to the wall i.e. Rs. 2,500/- each i.e. for 2 such clamps is Rs. 5,000/-. Buy it if you only want to hang it to the wall orelse no need.
Bose Bass Module 700 price:- Rs. 64,500/- as I mentioned you earlier.
Bose Rear surround speakers:- Rs. 29,000/- if clamps included then additional Rs. 2,500/-.

Hello sir, in fact I also did exactly the same way. One by one I purchased each set i.e. bass module & then the rear surround speakers. But, at first you need to purchase the main mother device i.e. the soundbar 700 then at any time you can purchase the other accessories.
You need to use the Bose Music 🎶 app. Then you can easily use that app to connect the accessories to the main soundbar. After purchasing the soundbar use the Bose Music app to register your soundbar by creating an account. Then go on adding the accessories anytime you want with your soundbar as per your convenience.

My rear speakers do not produce that great sound as you are mentioning in your video
Firstly, open your Bose Music app on your smartphone & navigate to main channel volume settings tab. In the Bose Music app, tap the Audio button. If this button is not shown, tap the product control icon icon in the lower-left corner. Also, if you have more than one Bose Music app-compatible speaker, tap the My Bose icon icon in upper-left corner then select the product to be adjusted. Use the + and - buttons to select a setting in increments of 10.
Set the volume levels accordingly as mentioned to get the best output/performance:-
1.) FOR SOUNDBAR SET:-
a.) Center Channel:- 80
b.) Bass:- 80
c.) Treble:- 60
2.) Rear Speakers Volume:- Set to 100 volume (max.)

Don’t you think your surrounds are too high and even the bar is floating. You need bigger table to fit in your 700.
No sir the bar is wall mounted. You can purchase those wall brackets seperately to hang your soundbar to the wall. It looks better if you hang it to the wall rather than keeping it on a table if your t.v. is already wall mounted that is in my case actually. Hence, table is not that much of important.

The full Bose 700 Sound System consists of three main devices which are as follows:-
1. Bose Soundbar 700 ( wall brackets needs to be purchased separately if you want to mount that soundbar to the wall itself.)
2. Bose Bass Module 700

Brackets for soundbar & rear speakers are (Rs. 3000 + Rs. 3000) = Rs. 6000/-
Total full sound system set is Rs. 173,500/- + Rs. 6000/- if you purchase the brackets.
