TFS better be baller but hey we got a skimmer, horde mode, and a bunch of weapons to chase(thank god they removed most of the timegating on them) 12. Crap that ones hard but I think Shaxxs says something like we new more Warlocks in the Crucible guardian and I believe Drifter only says the crayon line to warlock 13. Warlocks have the steep learning curve, but have the best for movement and speedrunning. Titan's are adjustable like a jetpack. Distance and height. Hunters use videogame double-jump logic, making it comfortably easy... but suck at mantling. Gotta be honest.
@@btwglock3737 same i mained hunter in D1 and i still play it a lot but over the past few years I have been playing warlock about equally, but i'll only touch pvp with warlock. real fun to take karnstein and a glaive into pvp, i've even managed to pull off a solo team wipe with them in trials. people don't take the magic stabby toothpick seriously until your rift becomes bait for the thunder dome, even had a titan run from me one time i pulled that off 😂

The thing is Warlocks are just a different kind of player, you can't fake being a Warlock main for long. Eventually you'll fumble and reveal your dirty dirty nature that is being a Hunter or Titan main. Warlocks are pure, innocent people who just want to destroy every living thing with space magic and be their to support and carry the ever living shit out of those hopeless hunters in a Raid.

Game idea - Guess the class. Have a group of mixed classes, after each set of questions you choose one player and everyone guesses their class, until you have guessed for everyone. Each correct guess rewards one point, whover has the most points wins... Idk bragging rights?
as a warlock main, I love it when I am trying to shoot few shots of hothead in-between my combo and a hunter decides that space directly in-front of me is best.
I have a game show idea. Guess the fireteam. Two people that play together often. The rest are imposters. Aim: Guess the fireteam with questions based around teamplay, callout knowledge, and responses to a teammate's failure etc etc.
Another version of this you could try later on is guess the subclass main. Like if they main solar, arc, void, stasis, or strand. Since some people tend to only use one subclass example I tend to only use void Hunter and a friend of mine tends to prefer using arc warlock. (We do other subclasses at times obviously but talking about more of a preference play style wise.)
I feel like that's too hard. I'm a warlock main, and I switch my subclass almost constantly. during raids it's usually still solar, but everywhere else, it's arc and strand. If I need to survive, I go strand. If I need to go fast, arc. If I need to adclear, solar. And only when I need consistent burst damage will I go void. I change subclasses based on the activity and difficulty. And the sweatlords in crucible/trials will always just play what the meta is. And in PvE higher difficulties, you won't see a lot of non-solar-warlocks. Cool idea though. But the variety depends on how experienced people are.

They’d just need to find people like me that just main specific ones, Ik a few players that are like that where they only really enjoy one subclass but will use all if need to.

Yeah, the only way to catch out that the new light was NOT a warlock, was because the guy did not know any exotic other than sunbracers. Especially when the exotics you get from ikora's quests are Tempests, Contra Hold and Starfire. and solar is REALLY shit for new lights if you don't know what's a good build. Essentially, you have to catch the guy out on his lack of knowledge. If he was the warlock, I'd have been disappointed in him as a fellow warlock. I've played BOTH hunter and titan longer than he played the game! Even as a warlock main, I'd be a better hunter main than he would be! :/

would definitely like to see more rounds of guess the main, these have been real fun to watch! been enjoying thinking up my own answers to the questions because i mained one class in D1 and ended up swapping in D2 so it's fun to wonder if my answers would throw anyone off. I think the sunsinger self rez should come back because I genuinely thought it was fun to treat warlocks like zombies and if your team didn't coordinate the double tap that's usually why things would go south with a trials self rezzer. it also made for some MAGICAL gaming moments when that one warlock would revive and completely turn around a raid wipe, and those kinds of moments were what hooked me on Destiny in the first place.
I still can't wrap my head around "Hunters are favored and titans and warlocks are neglected", 100% titans are favored the most, and I do think warlocks are neglected the most but hunters are close.
the going back and forth asking about LS exotics was the most intense part of this episode! that was sick, that could be a whole game show! or guess the exotic trait icon!

As a hunter main. The only thing I find fun about warlocks is incendiary snap with claws of ahamkara. Its just satisfying snaping enemies out of existence. I also exclusively use Ticuu's on my solar warlock. Its my only fun build on warlock. Edit: it's been a month and I'm now using a sunbracers on warlock. And it's much more fun than my first build

Simple, just ask them a question and tell them to do an obstacle course. The non-main will fail both plainly. The mains will move masterfully and fluidly. (As a Warlock main myself I got so good at glide I could nearly always land exactlywhere I wanted) Also... No! I enjoyed Gambit too! It's chill mostly, and you can enjoy thrashing the enemy team or defending elsewise. Also: Titans = Wolves Hunters = Cats Warlocks = Owls Transversive Steps all the way brooos!!!

As someone who has a few thousand hours on all three classes but a CLEAR main based on time alone, all I could think of here is wanting to participate if only to throw the curve as hard as possible
For the longest time, I never ran an exotic armor on my hunter. None of them really made or broke my build as a stasis main. I'm running oathkeeper now tho.
@@kevinmad0959 In a group on facebook someone actually was super mad that I wasn't using an exotic even tho I told him that it was because I didn't have one that affected my build one way or another.
I liked the idea someone had about guessing the imposter instead of the actual class main. Another suggestion I thought of was guess the subclass main. Many people have one subclass glued to their screen and have faithful builds to match. I think it would be more nuanced and more based around knowledge of the game. There can be light subclass and dark subclass offshoots as well. Also, you can still keep the Hunter, Titan, and Warlock theme to narrow down the aspects and builds.
cool video!! a video suggestion would be where there are 6 participants where everyone tells a bit about their game style, their favorite activities, etc. and then you have to guess which character the person is playing as the main character
DJ said he loves devour on Void Warlock, but the aspects he uses for it are child of the old gods and chaos accelerant, there's no devour with those aspects, unless you're running Secant Filaments, or that fragment Echo of starvation which nerfs recovery, since you're running chaos accelerant, you only get 3 fragment slots
As a warlock main since D1 I can say I've never used geomag cause either I haven't gotten around to use them and see how they work or I looked at it's trait and thought "Huh... doesn't look good at all"
You should do a video where you try guess the main of each contestant, have three groups 2 plain hunters, 2 plain warlocks and 2 plain titans go through each asking questions and in the end you have to guess which each of them are or something along those lines. The question about what class Bungie favors.. From what I've seen I'm 100% CONVINCED that whoever is in charge of balancing with nerfs and buffs is definitely a titan main since strand came into the game. It seems like titans always get a slap on the wrist so to speak with nerfs, hunters get bypassed a lot and warlocks get railed by the bungie nerf peen
What I love about this series is that it shows most warlock mains know jack shit about other classes and identify them wrong all the time and yet still believe hunters and titans are beneath them tip for next time look for the dude with the largest ego that one will either be hunter or warlock and you can go from there
It would be much harder but a “guess the subclass main” like someone who enjoys dawnblade surrounded by multiple classes of arc, void, strand, and stasis. Might be interesting to try it out
Haza victory! Finally got one under the belt! wouldn't be upset seeing this series continue with 'attempts at redemption'. Maybe two out of three? Haha. I did come up with the thought of 'guess the everything main'. Mostly in favor of the individuals like myself that spend/spent way to much time in this game and feel they could sell their capabilities for maining all the classes. Might be fun to try and craft slightly different questions that just try and knock out one of the classes from the three verses trying to confirm the one out of the three. But yea! Good stuff.
I think it'd be neat to go back and do guess the titan/hunter to redemption. But I think you can also apply this format to other tropes as well. Such as: guess the d1 vet, guess the d2 vet, guess the pvp sweat, guess the day 1 raider

As a hunter main. The only thing I find fun about warlocks is incendiary snap with claws of ahamkara.
Its just satisfying snaping enemies out of existence. I also exclusively use Ticuu's on my solar warlock. Its my only fun build on warlock.
Edit: it's been a month and I'm now using a sunbracers on warlock. And it's much more fun than my first build

ye, speed runners almost never run hunter and I haven't seen any videos recommending a hunter build for a solo flawless dungeon run.

Simple, just ask them a question and tell them to do an obstacle course.
The non-main will fail both plainly. The mains will move masterfully and fluidly. (As a Warlock main myself I got so good at glide I could nearly always land exactlywhere I wanted)
Also... No! I enjoyed Gambit too! It's chill mostly, and you can enjoy thrashing the enemy team or defending elsewise.

For the longest time, I never ran an exotic armor on my hunter. None of them really made or broke my build as a stasis main. I'm running oathkeeper now tho.

In a group on facebook someone actually was super mad that I wasn't using an exotic even tho I told him that it was because I didn't have one that affected my build one way or another.
@@zygardiumorder yea its weird that they got super mad, I think its kinda strange but I wouldn't get mad at someone for that
I liked the idea someone had about guessing the imposter instead of the actual class main.
Another suggestion I thought of was guess the subclass main. Many people have one subclass glued to their screen and have faithful builds to match. I think it would be more nuanced and more based around knowledge of the game. There can be light subclass and dark subclass offshoots as well. Also, you can still keep the Hunter, Titan, and Warlock theme to narrow down the aspects and builds.
cool video!! a video suggestion would be where there are 6 participants where everyone tells a bit about their game style, their favorite activities, etc. and then you have to guess which character the person is playing as the main character

DJ said he loves devour on Void Warlock, but the aspects he uses for it are child of the old gods and chaos accelerant, there's no devour with those aspects, unless you're running Secant Filaments, or that fragment Echo of starvation which nerfs recovery, since you're running chaos accelerant, you only get 3 fragment slots

As a warlock main since D1 I can say I've never used geomag cause either I haven't gotten around to use them and see how they work or I looked at it's trait and thought "Huh... doesn't look good at all"
You should do a video where you try guess the main of each contestant, have three groups 2 plain hunters, 2 plain warlocks and 2 plain titans go through each asking questions and in the end you have to guess which each of them are or something along those lines. The question about what class Bungie favors.. From what I've seen I'm 100% CONVINCED that whoever is in charge of balancing with nerfs and buffs is definitely a titan main since strand came into the game. It seems like titans always get a slap on the wrist so to speak with nerfs, hunters get bypassed a lot and warlocks get railed by the bungie nerf peen
What I love about this series is that it shows most warlock mains know jack shit about other classes and identify them wrong all the time and yet still believe hunters and titans are beneath them tip for next time look for the dude with the largest ego that one will either be hunter or warlock and you can go from there

Haza victory! Finally got one under the belt! wouldn't be upset seeing this series continue with 'attempts at redemption'. Maybe two out of three? Haha.
I did come up with the thought of 'guess the everything main'. Mostly in favor of the individuals like myself that spend/spent way to much time in this game and feel they could sell their capabilities for maining all the classes. Might be fun to try and craft slightly different questions that just try and knock out one of the classes from the three verses trying to confirm the one out of the three.
But yea! Good stuff.
I think it'd be neat to go back and do guess the titan/hunter to redemption. But I think you can also apply this format to other tropes as well. Such as: guess the d1 vet, guess the d2 vet, guess the pvp sweat, guess the day 1 raider
