Thank you!! The clay will have baking instructions on the packaging. It is slightly different from brand to brand but whatever it says on the baking instructions will work!
I think I colored it first but it doesn’t matter either way. I guess it depends on how the unbaked clay feels. If its firm enough just color it before baking. Sometimes in the summer the clay gets really mushy 😅
Sculpey or fimo you need to bake. If it is air dry clay no need to bake. I used soft pastels for the color but I also use watercolors after I bake to make final touches.
This is amazing! Thank you so much for the tutorial
@@lilachope27 thanks so much! Hope it helped🥰
How long do you bake these? They look so real its amazing.

Very cute. Waiting for my supplies in the mail and this will probably be the first thing I try with polymer clay!

@@MinnieKitchen thanks! I’ve never wanted to try something like this…but your step by step makes me want to try!
Make at least 10 and you will get the hang of it! Good luck and let me know if you have any other questions!!
This is great! What do you use to gloss them?
I use the sculpey gloss -satin or glossy depending on how shiny you want it to be.
Wow !!! You are talented!!!
Thank you so much 😊😘

Realmente hermosas, parecen manzanas de verdad, prometo hacerlas. Muchas gracias por la enseñanza.
Thanks for the video
Do you have to bake? My modelling clay said 'no oven needed'. Thanks
It just depends on what clay you use but if your clay is air dry, no need to bake!
Did you bake the apple before you color it?
I think I colored it first but it doesn’t matter either way. I guess it depends on how the unbaked clay feels. If its firm enough just color it before baking. Sometimes in the summer the clay gets really mushy 😅
its unique
Beautiful
Excellent
What kind of clay is this
This is polymer clay - the one you bake in the oven. I usually use fimo or sculpey brand.
@@MinnieKitchen can you share any budget friendly clay for beginners
I think the most budget friendly would be Michael’s brand craft smart. Or you can use the 40% coupon that Joann sometimes have on their website.
@@MinnieKitchen thank you so much 😍😍
Name of colour pen plz
Any red will do
Mam clay name?
Any polymer clay or even air dry clay is fine. But I use sculpey or fimo!
@@MinnieKitchen if sculpey or fimo we use means need to bake?
What paint we need to use I saw some colour bars?
Sculpey or fimo you need to bake. If it is air dry clay no need to bake. I used soft pastels for the color but I also use watercolors after I bake to make final touches.
Beautiful! What do you use to mix the pastel, is it water?
Yes! It is water!
@@MinnieKitchen thank you!
What kind of pastel is it? I’ve seen oil pastels but I feel that wouldn’t work with water.
@@katharinemauger4132 I think perhaps they’re chalk pastels? Sometimes also called “soft pastels”.
