This is method is completely working on Galaxy A71 ( bought in France ) Please make sure that you insert first working SIM and then make a 5 minutes calls and then put your roaming SIM ( foreign SIM) . In my first attemp, I put both SIM together and did 5 mins call but it didn't work. Then I had to reset the phone ( Factory reset - drop all data ) to clear all changes Hope this help!

@@atikfaysal426 sure bud , well the first step was I had to find the toll free numbers for my simcard number which was celcom and if I'm not mistaken they have only one number ( take note that this number was for people not in Malaysia@abroad because there are numbers for use in Malaysia only and it won't work if you call those numbers ) . Next step was setting the malaysian number as the first sim@the sim you're going to call the tollfree number ( note that you will need to call the tollfree number using the malaysian simcard number and not use the foreign simcard ) . So then i called them and they said i had to do something , email stuff bla bla bla , basically the staff that i called didn't know what i needed to do . But the point here is you only need to talk to the staff for more than five minutes . If he/she hangs up , call the same number again . Till all the calls you made are more than five minutes . Then you're done . The malaysian simcard can be used

Nope you don't need to buy any international prepaid sim, this video is actually for those who bought unlocked phones with region locked(not carrier locked). So to get your phone unlocked, it needs some tricks. I don't think that would be legal but there are some guys who can unlock your phone
