just follow this trick..
1. insert a roaming country's SIM ( your phone's home country's SIM)
2. then call any tolfree number minimum 5 minutes.
3. then you can insert any SIM.
Phone will be unlocked..

1.) Is it really important to call a "toll free" number, or does it work with any number?
2.) You must be roaming when you do this? You can't do this in the original SIM's home country?

Try calling the toll free number of the company to which the sim belongs to. Other toll free numbers didn't work for me as well but then the sim card company's toll free number worked.
