The Shredder Pro shreds plastic waste into smaller flakes ready to be Extruded in Extruder machine. This Semi Industrial double-shaft machine is able to shred up to 20 kg of plastic every hour depending on the desired flake size.

The Extrusion Pro extrudes recycled plastic into a mould.

I would change the mold closure by using a hydraulic piston, and some ejection pins. this will allow a much faster production rate. We are currently compression molding our pots but the final output is not quite as nice as yours.

Yes, we do have a hydraulic piston mechanism and we are making approx. 15 pots in an hour.
The final product output is based on raw material.
