We can make sheets of 4mm to 30mm thickness. Melting time depends on which material we are using. Generally it takes 40 minutes of time from room temperature.

I would change the mold closure by using a hydraulic piston, and some ejection pins. this will allow a much faster production rate. We are currently compression molding our pots but the final output is not quite as nice as yours.
Hello, Thank you for your comment. Yes, we do have a hydraulic piston mechanism and we are making approx. 15 pots in an hour. The final product output is based on raw material.
