    the red tilak on the forehead actually a deep spiritual meaning it represents the 3rd eye which opens inwards and has no physical appearance but rather it's spiritual as the AGNA chakra is located on the forehead between the eyebrows, when somebody applies tilak or vibhuti on the forehead it helps them to focus inwards and invoke divinity within them
    indians have been applying tilak since time immemorial

    Another great video, thanks. Is it easy to move around in India?

    • @IfWeGoTo
      @IfWeGoTo  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks! I'd say it's like a 5/10 for ease of moving around. You can get places but with some hassle.
      Planes will get you most places for $100ish per person. We haven't flown within India so we can't comment on reliability.
      Trains are cheaper $3-40 depending on the class and distance, but take much longer and in our experience could be unreliable. E.g. our train to Jodhpur from Jaipur was supposed to be 5 hours but ended up being 11 hours with delays. For really long distances first class rivals air prices so it's faster/easier to fly. E.g. going from Kerala to Delhi by train is possible, but better for most people to fly.
      Uber and the competitor app Ola only work in the largest cities. In Jodphur for example Ola and Uber were completely unusable as wages paid were so low nobody would come get us at the quoted rate.
      Autorickshaws/tuk-tuks will also take you most places within cities though we found them to be highly unreliable as foreigners. In Agra one even tried semi-kidnapping us. Sometimes it's your only good choice though.
      Private car hires and busses also exist for intercity travel, though we didn't book them.

      @@IfWeGoTo Sorry i forgot to answer your first question... So normally 12 to 15 minutes (in my opinion) is good length for vlogs in India... But many people do 20 to 30 minutes and those vlogs are also so popular... I believe if you guys travel to some villages in India that will be more popular videos in your channel, and by the way villages are more safe than cities in India... 2:28 in India there are more than 33 million deities. here you have the choice to worship any deity you want it, make a new deity of your choice and worship or not to worship at all. in my state in east india worshiping Ganesha not very common but in western state of Maharashtra Ganesha is the most popular deity. but that doesn't mean everyone in Maharashtra must worship Ganesha. it's a personal choice of the individual. picture of Ganesha is inscribed on the 20,000 rupiah note of Indonesia-biggest Muslim country in the world though according to Islam Idol worship is one of the biggest sin.
