Hey Mon, I know it's too late for you now, but for others that may be watching this... you can deconstruct most beds with the builder tool. Each will give you 1 fabric. Plus, the beds respawn. Also, at the crew room where you had to crouch to get into, there is an important upgrade on the floor next to the bed.
