There are claims that sudden floods in Bangladesh result from India opening a dam. However, the Indian government clarified on Thursday that the flooding in eastern districts of Bangladesh was not caused by the opening of a dam on the Gumti River in Tripura.

For those who don't understand why India is responsible -
Point 1. India has dams at around 57 trans-border points. Which they cannot do at will. but doing If they had not dammed the river and kept it open, the water would not have reached such a high level.
Point 2. India itself cannot open these dams even if it is in danger. Because the danger of his country cannot flood another country like this.
Point 3. Water in India has not crossed the danger level yet.
Point 4. Why India has not implemented flood control in its own country? Why do they open dams and pour water into other countries whenever they get a chance.
Point 5. India did not give enough time to Bangladesh before opening the dam.

54 rivers from India flow through Bangladesh, of which they have dammed and diverted 30 rivers. Some of these are notable such as the dams on the Ganges and Teesta rivers. Most of these dams are constructed illegally, due to which there are various natural problems happening. India does not give us Teesta water during summers when there is a critical situation in Bangladesh. Due to this, drought occurs most of the time in the northern part of our country.But Teesta water is our right. During monsoons they open various dams without telling us due to which most of our country gets flooded. Due to this, most of the areas in the North-Eastern part of Bangladesh are very much affected. This year, Bangladesh once again won against the dictator former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. But India never took kindly to this victory. They gave dictator Sheikh Hasina a place in their own country.And the Indian media has spread various false information about Bangladesh. For several days various social media sites in India were showing that they will open various dams and harm Bangladesh.On the night of August 21, they opened the dam without any warning in the south-eastern region of Bangladesh. Because of this, the sleeping people of the south-eastern part of Bangladesh were hit by sudden floods and many people died. Millions of people became refugees.We just wanted our rights. We demand our right to water from international court
