    • @graeschnahmoffski5716
      @graeschnahmoffski5716 ปีที่แล้ว +1

Only problem is, she was also very strongly implying that others should hurt on her behalf, and in the same way she herself experiences hurting. An "Unless you suffer for me, and in a way that IIIII can validate, you're not my friend" kind of deal. Quite off-putting honestly, but yeah, at least she seems to practice what she preaches (ie expects of others).

"I want people to hurt because they miss me"
That's a sentence you say when you expect people to hurt on your behalf. I'm sorry, it's right there written in the pudding.
And let me be clear, why not. Though I find it pretty absurd to even ask yourself such a question and not stop at "wait, why would they hurt anyways? They are living their life, I am not that important, and I should be happy they feel great".
And how can one say stuff like "how do people not miss me" and not die of shame on the spot because of how freaking entitled that sounds xD

Lmao as an ISFP I literally cried during the whole video because I could relate so much to Billie's struggles, feelings of loneliness and being misunderstood, feeling that the people you love don't really see your worth or you as you are. Most of the time I tend to come to even believe it's the truth and it's because there's something essentially wrong with me, that people like me less because I'm deeply flawed, less interesting. Then I saw this video, and it made me realize it's all probably just a psychological construct created by my brain. And by the way, even if it's not, well frick them people. That was very interesting to hear you describe dominant Fi so well and its dynamics with the external world.

Am I that uninteresting, or annoying, are they judging me?

I was asking myself if you were going to give us any advice, and what you said was so beautiful and true; zoom out and appreciate that it's ok to not be 100% understood but appreciate the people in your life. It's not even funny, I've struggled with those intense feelings for my whole life and they're currently trying to sabotage my relationship (why doesn't he understand me or want what I want? ) Yet I don't take the time to explain I just ruminate in my feelings! I always thought me and Billie were different (me very feminine and her a tomboy) but similar at the same time, now I know why we’re similar, the lyrics, the emotions always all over the place, the darkness, too much feelings pouring out of our hearts and the feeling of being to sensitive for this world. This really made me connect with her a lot and with every other INFP. We’re not so alone after all.

Thinking back on those experiences and feelings, I feel like I lost so much time in my own inner world that I wasn't really connecting with others. Man. I saw the comments on IG and just had to get here. I thought I wouldn't get teary-eyed. Yet, here we are.
I've never wanted to admit my Fi even after you rightly figured I was INFP. But each time I hear how relevant that is to me, it hurts.
The strong desire to be understood, yet knowing I know myself too well to ever be fully understood.
Only yesterday, I sent a piece of my writing to a friend and he said my ability to self-reflect is my greatest asset. That's why I started writing. But when it gets too dark to write, those feelings return and it's even harder to express them to anyone because there's the bias that they'll never really get it. What's the point?
Thanks for the encouragement man. Your videos are giving me both knowledge and hope on how to leverage my true nature to improve my life.

Based on what they've said/published so far about their MBTI-types:
      RM: ENFP
      Jin: INTP
      Suga: INFP/INTP
      j-hope: ESFJ
      Jimin: ENFJ
      V: ENFP
      Jungkook: ISFP
(I've seen people aggressively argue about Suga's personality type - some say he's INTJ or INFJ - I would say he's definitely an INxx type but I'm also pretty sure that we're mainly seeing a chronically depressed (and often sleep deprived) version of his personality which makes him seem "lazy" or "cold" to some people (the "savage suga" stereotype also stems from his old "I don't give a f***"-persona while in reality he cares a lot about other people) - so I think an analysis of his personality would be really interesting to see.)

Oh my gosh I related to this so much as an Fi dom. Gotta love my ISFP cousins.
I constantly wonder why people can't just feel things and be more in touch with them. When people tell me they are having trouble knowing how/what they are feeling, that is quite confusing I admit. But I try to be patient knowing they are using different cognitive functions than me.
What you say is true though. Eventually the RIGHT people WILL connect with/find you, or you them, value you for who you are, not invalidate or dismiss your feelings just because the tribe may not always get it or value it, they will be there for you and make you feel loved and excepted.
It took me forever to find this small, yet invaluable group of people, and I had to go through a lot of emotional hell to get here, but I'm SO thankful to finally say that this is the most emotionally healthy I have ever been in my entire adult life. It's been a long road.

I think it’s crazy how Fi’s know exactly how everything makes them feel. I remember looking at my ENFP friend and going - “everything?...why?” So crazy for me to imagine. I do relate in the sense that I’m always checking the reasoning of every little thing with my Ti...but still haha doing that with my feelings! I can’t imagine!

I'm already aware I'm not as outgoing as Billie Eilish (I always test as an INTJ), but every explanation of the cognitive functions felt super relatable to me, and then I realized it's the same functions as INTJ's have but in another order. There were so many relatable things like how she dresses, how she wants to be seen as an individual because that's how she sees people, how she got overwhelmed and needed a nudge to see the bigger picture, and how she expresses herself as she wants to and not how she should. Does this make sense for me to relate to? Could ISFP and INTJ be kinda closely related because of the same functions? I've always had so much respect for Billie because she seems so aware and in tune with herself, maybe now I know why.
