Remember being like 16 yrs old and my cuzin took me to Buffalo Wild Wings in Brownsville, Tx to see this game it was packed in there. One of the best games I remember watching... that defensive line tho with Ware, Spencer and Ratliff. Not like the one we have now
julio c lopez that was one of the best d lines in awhile. Dallas had so much depth on that d line. They had tank Johnson and Anthony Spencer, I believe even Greg Ellis was still there.
Your channel is the shit dude. It's one of my favorites on TH-cam. Thank you so much for posting these old Cowboys games cut with audio of Brad and Babe's radio calls.
man only if we could had that type of pass rush with this year team. we would be more unstoppable. we pressured brees like 5-6 times just on that last drive.
I was still a youngster when it happened, but i can still vividly recall the final 5 minutes of this game... We didn't have NFL Network at the time, so we went to a sports bar. The place went absolutely crazy when Ware forced that fumble!
This is when the usually reliable kicker Nick Folk started to lose his mind. Kind of like Bailey two years ago. It’s so strange how so many kickers just go bad all of a sudden.
I am not particularly a Cowboys fan, but these announcers are good. They obviously are rooting for their team as local guys do, but the homerism is not at all obnoxious nor detrimental to their calls.
I remember this exact game.. I couldnt watch it on tv cos they played on a saturday on NFL Network & I didn't have cable so I was keeping up with it on NFL.com on my computer & memories Saints were undefeated & they said cowboys didn't have no chance in beating the saints & the week before this game Demarcus got injured from his neck & came back and stripped that ball from Brees .. good times
I can't wait to see the Cowboys vs Saints again this coming season because I think that the NFC championship could come down between these two teams. I know people think that the Bears, Eagles, Rams have a say in the matter, but I think that the NFC comes down between these two teams.
i remember this game it was a big snow storm in pa. when he missed that fg i was hella pissed. but when the cowboys won i was hype as fuck tho. gave the saints there first loss
It's too bad they didn't show up vs Minnesota, a Dallas-New Orleans NFC championship would've been epic. NO being the favorite, but knowing in the back of their minds that this team has beat them once in their home already. Dallas would be coming in with all the confidence in the world. What could've been...
Don't let that distract you from the fact that in 1972 a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire the A-Team.
This game hurt like hell bet it was well forgotten in feb lol its a shame tho because even with great seasons the cowboys have no matter how high the seed they get there always one and done in postseason play lmao well not really a shame #CowgirlNationStandUp
They didn't have the 1 seed locked up either as Minnesota was just a couple games behind them. They absolutely wanted this game, Dallas just wanted it more and it showed. Too bad we didn't get a championship game rematch, it would've been epic.

Right now we have a chance to be special on the Dline although no one will ever be Demarcus Ware :(
The momentum from this game alone propelled them into the playoffs that year.
Good game and damn good memories with Dad
thank u lord for Dan Bailey
Antonio Trevino This post did not age well 😀
Oh how history repeats itself with Maher

@@timmyjohnson7954 So am I.👍👍🍺🍔🍟🍇🍇.
9 year's later and the Cowboys just beat the saints 10-13 in almost an simular fashion
And this year the saints beat the cowboys 12 - 10.

Antbeast23 well hopefully we'll get that type of rush with taco and David Irving.
A1 KEV taco isn't that type of game changer, Irving I'm still not sure about him, his best games were against the worst o-lines in the league,

Bailey was more about his injury. Folk was just mentally fragile.
Brett Maher topped it
Thanks for posting these great clips, I never get to hear Brad and Babe where I live!
Spencer was really good! Unfortunately he had a lot of injury issues.

Brad Sham is a great play by play guy. Been around since the 70s
Watching this makes me sad . I miss Ware and Romo .
The saints won the super bowl that year tho
Who gives a fucc it was fixed anyways
Tyrell Harden 😂
@@tyrellharden566 haha the saints were gonna lose until the inside kick

Cowboys had a great defensive line back then. They were penetrating the lines. I was at this game glad the saints won it all.

the last time I can remember the Dallas defense was any good. they have the pass rush this year but they need to get better against the run
Wow Bradie James.

@@ThmsDouglas That's from my favorite show The A-Team
I really love it when tv showed romo but clearly it's kickers fault
I swear nick folk was toying hard
Does any viewer out there ever say something like, "Well, they've got two timeouts and, of course, the Wingstop two-minute warning."?
Threepster no. not really
Similar cause the saints wore black pants verses the Dallas Cowboys last night and like in 2009 lost 2 to the cowboys again
cowboys dont have pass rushers like this no more
Yeah they do
@@DreamingAnonymous lol touche my brother touche
Brad Sham isn't so bad...when he's not calling Dallas touchdowns against my Niners LOL
d ware was the hero
Dallas could never get the right offense defense combo; if they did they would have 6 rings. 2016 was screaming for a D-line like that.
Cowgirls are choke artist couldn't when a playoff game if it could save their life
+Ric Dweld uh actually they did in that season.
Cosmic Bro Carr has been gone you dip shit

We should've had Martin gramatica kicking still instead of that asshead

Wasn't this game meaningless for the Saints? Didn't they rest like half of their starters?
M McLaurin80 no! They were undefeated. Trying for a perfect season.

nick folk cost us games that year smh
yeah I remember that too & I thought his ass was good cos I remember that bills game and he hit that 52 yd game winner
Crazy thing is he still has a job in the league.
He was ass in 09
only Cowboys fans would watch videos of them beating the Super Bowl winning team. lololol #WHODAT
And they still have 5 Rings while the Aints Only have 1 and havent done shit since then

Listen how bias these commentators are
Everytime I watch these videos the commentators are so biased towards every team the COWBOYS are playing and do nothing but trash the Cowboys.
Ummm, the commentators are from Dallas, and are just acting with the trash talk, you know this, correct, amigo??
