Late, but according to leaks apparently the company was aware they were dating since 2019 but only dismissed her because she got caught. That seems to be the stance on dating this particular company has which is “don’t get caught” if it’s a small enough incident they’ll sweep it under the rug, but they probably felt this one got too big
like I get why idols aren’t allowed to do certain things, but usually when someone is caught dating the company usually just punishes them but wow being kicked is a bit too much

I shared your video on her H!P fandom page, I hoped that the guy was at least worth the while, but seeing his reputation made me only feel worse for her.. Worst part is that she has been with the company for so long and was voted the best vocal of the company at the time, even ranking higher than Oda Sakura from Morning Musume. She's always been effortless, her vocals being amazing!! I hate it that she didn't even get a graduation ceremony. You never know, maybe she was planning on graduating. I do believe that some older idols like Takahashi Ai, have been dating behind the scenes and was living with her now husband, but she decided to graduate from the company so she could be open with her relationship. I know people say it helps to "point out spots that look bad" that you won't normally see but I don't really know when and can't sense when it's a good time to flip the picture. Thanks for the help!
Not her, but I generally do it the entire time I'm sketching to be sure things look even from both directions. There's also the feeling of "this looks weird, but I can't place why!" that sometimes forms when drawing, and that's usually a good time to give the piece a flip to see how it looks. Side advice: Never work on a piece (or even set of pieces) for longer than 6 hours at a time. Eye strain and wear is a real thing and can make you miss or even make mistakes while working on your art.
I'd say whenever you think something looks off but your not sure what you should flip it, but don't flip it too often or else you're eyes will adjust to both sides and you'll miss mistakes no matter what

She just picked the wrong dude, really. I agree, it was in the contract and she knew it. So she put herself at risk so that IS her fault BUT... This really shouldn't be a thing. These are human beings with real feelings. I've seen many idols even say that how they act is staged anyways and is not their real selves. (Mano Erina being one that comes to mine saying "Most of what I said was scripted.") But they must uphold that "Innocent" persona at all times. People over there have these picture of idol girls/woman as holy, pure untouched wonders and the moment they stray the path, it's all over. If I had to choose between becoming a _K-pop idol_ or a _J-pop idol,_ I would choose K-pop idol hands down. Not just because I'm a lot more familiar with K-pop, it's just not as horrendously strict as being a J-pop idol is. (Correct me if I'm wrong)
