They're both so cute! I'm imagining that the person who used to live in Candy's new house was a kind old lady who helped take care of Sully, although he always refused to go into the house because he said that he had made friends with the forest. Then the lady either passed or moved away recently , so Sully has had to steal food from the local market and from people having picnics in the forest. He then saw Candy with her toy and stole it because he remembers one like it that his parents gave to him before they went missing, along with the flip phone. He left the toy at an orphanage that he ran away from when he was 5 and he wishes that he had brought it with him.
I'd like the idea of the phone belonging to the old lady because sully also cared for her and the lady gave the phone to sully one day (probably because she was worried that he would get lost or get lonely) but since she has passed/moved away, sully still carries the phone with him in the memory of her. Other than that your story is very nice👌
I tried this challenge with another character generator website a few months ago with my cousin lol, it was really fun seeing how we drew the same character in our own styles! :>

I LOVE THEM SO MUCH! Their dynamic is so wholesome and makes me sooo happy. I already adore unlikely friendships/relationships (Simba with Timon and Pumbaa, the wolf (Legosi) and the bunny (Haru) in Beastars are good concrete examples) so this just precious to me. You were so lucky with all these character traits, caus they fit so well with the character while also complementing the other. I got so many ideas about them, and i wanna ask if it’s ok with u to share them? I see so much potential in them, so I really hope u revisit them in the future!
@@Love2DrawManga with the scar, the flip phone, the ragged clothes, the lack of shoes, and the long hair, it makes me think that Sullivan lost his parents (or he got separated from them) , which forced him to grow up faster and fend for himself in the woods, hence why he is smart and knowledgeable about a lot of things. It also explains why he is very reserved and cautious with people he doesn’t know. The flip phone is probably a gift his parents gave him, so even tho it isn’t functional anymore, he still keeps it with him. Candice finds him in the woods and starts taking care of him. She also talks to her parents about Sullivan, but they quickly get really worried and kinda mad (for understandable reasons: she’s a bunny, and wolves are bunnies’ naturally predator) and they forbade her from meeting him again. But, she still does it in secret. I’m thinking a 2 POV type of story would work really well (one side of the story from Sulli’s pov and the other from Candice’s pov). What do u think?

Idea for the wolf boys backstory: He was a wolf-human hybrid, his dad was a wolf and his mom was a human. They had a happy family until his dad died. Then his mom became depressed. She realized she's started becoming mean to the child and realized she couldn't handle a child by herself. She abandoned the wolf boy in the forest because she was too poor to go to the city where the adoption center is. Then the wolf boy had to learn to live by himself, I imagine he's 5 years old by now. He found a pack of wolf's that were helping him for a few months. By the time he learned to live alone in the woods he started living alone.. Then one day the bunny was salting around in the forest with her friend, there was the wolf growling at them. The bunny's friend got scared and ran away while shouting: AHH A STINKY HOMELESS WOLF!! The bunny girl noticed the wolf guy became sad a bit. She helped him and took him to a different place. Then the wolf boy explained what happened and she gave him her sweater. They've been best friends since then. Pls give ur opinion on this backstory bc it took me almost half an hour TvT

I think maybe Sullivan would be able to survive alone in the forest, because he's half wolf. Maybe he's got some wolf-instincts that help him to know how to survive or something like that.
