Can we make light and fluffy eggless cakes with the cake gel?. I did eggless sponge cake using condensed milk.it was well cooked but heavy and dense. After this I made sponge cake using eggs. It was light but I don't like the flavor and smell of eggs. So if it is possible to make equally good and healthy cakes without eggs or condensed milk please upload the video.
