Cake ingredients and measurements
All purpose flour/maida 110g or (1 cup-1 tbsp )
Sugar 75gm or 1/3 cup
Salt 2 pinches
Baking soda 1 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Cocoa powder 25gm or 1/4 cup
Instant coffee powder 1/2 tsp
Hot water 90ml or (1/2 cup - 3 tbsp)
Edible oil 65 gm or 1/4 cup
Essence 1 tsp
Egg yolk 3
Egg white 3
Sugar 100gm or 1/2 cup
