- Rochelle has met a great deal of challenges in her life, she has Tourette's syndrome, and her husband-to-be Gareth has Cerebral palsy. However, when it comes to love, these conditions aren't holding them back at all. It is time to find something quirky for the bride, and that something is a red wedding dress!

The thing that I love the most is during her tics...Jo and Al just kept right on talking and assisting her with getting dressed...they treated what some perceive to be an abnormality as normal...and that speaks volumes about their character...I LOVE THEM EVEN MORE NOW...and the bride and her family are just BEAUTIFUL together❤️

I was diagnosed with a movement disorder when I was 15 and had to stop going to school until I had brain surgery and unfortunately I lost all my friends too.

My coworker had tourettes.
his tics were less frequent but longer, where he would start mumbling.
I, who had stammering issues, which were more psychological, simply sort of taught everyone else how to deal with it.
When he got the tic, I would simply pause, and wait for him to finish, and carried on the conversation.
Everyone else picked it.

I had to watch twice to make sure they left the gymnasium with as many children as they arrived with, almost missed that little one, lol. What a lovely family though, and a gorgeous bride.
This really triggered my tics but I had to watch it because I want to see other people be happy and I'm glad I watched it. I might have developed a few new tics, but it was worth it to see her smile, it was very moving. 😌

If you lose friends over a medical condition they were never worth being your friend to begin with. She has a beautiful family. She looks gorgeous. Love how she sat to meet her husband too. They definitely complete each other

As someone who has Tourette's, I can 100% confirm that she's right. It's not easy, especially when you're a "late bloomer" since Tourette's isn't usually diagnosed after 12 or so. It's hard to deal with, especially when dealing with social acceptance.
yup, I'm also a bride with tourette and didn't get diagnosed until I was 39. I am now 42. it's not easy. most of my families don't know I have ts sense, for the most part, my tics are very mild. lately they've been kicking up a lot more and I'm hoping they settle down on my big day lol but I have a feeling they won't lol anyone with ts or that's been around ts knows that stress and anxiety just makes tic worse lol
Her tics make her sound like she's singing. Reminds me of a Disney Princess like snow white. The daughter is mature beyond her years and so well-mannered compared to kids her age.. Lovely daughter, lovely mom and a lovely beautiful family ♥

@@redbouquetaida1598 sadly ableism is huge including friends. Look at how people react with depression and anxiety and the remarks people make abiut conditions. Some people just have no respect for others including their friends
When I became disabled after surviving bacterial meningitis, I did a lot of research trying to understand why I lost friends. In many many cases people walk…spi]uses, family, friends. I was initially judgmental…I’d been so wounded…but I’ve since done to understand these folks, fir whatever reasons, could nit handle it.
I love these two women from the shop, "indeed! amen!" Wonderful to see a couple so dear to one another.
So strange to see people I went to school with on here. I had no idea Rochelle developed Tourette’s. She looks beautiful and Beth’s always been fab so she’s kept the friends that matter. They both sound so different on video I’d hardly recognise them though!
I wish she could see how beautiful she is even before the beautiful dress. Like Lori Darkpool said she didn't lose friends, she lost people she didn't need.... those weren't true friends to begin with.
People don't realize how hard living with tourettes is. The tics can be extremely painful especially if they try to hold them in. Most people that have don't wish it on anyone. People laugh at them but it's not funny... I mean if they laugh at themselves & you're laughing with them that's 1 thing but if they aren't & you can see they're visibly embarrassed accept them for who they are because they are perfectly imperfect just like everyone else is this world.
Can we say one big thank you to the dress consultant. She did not even flinch when the lady had a tick and she kept talking to her. Kudos

In reference to the "friends," she lost, she's obviously doing just fine without them. It never minimizes the pain of losing people unfortunately, but the strength and kindness she shows even to people who abandoned her over a medical condition, says more about her than anything else. She deserves the world and she looked SO beautiful in her red dress. You can tell her amazing character was passed on to her daughter as well. What a beautiful family.
Can I be her friend? I would so have her back to rude people. I'm a little rough around the edges when people are rude to people with quirks and disabilities.
