it helps alot ..but that plugin is free or paid ?? thank you soo much .....and i want to see more videos on DOF in 3d renders....step by step ....thnak you
Thanks so much! Glad you like it. I would love to be back and present, but it is up to Maxon to invite me over ;) Maybe you can send them an email and request it :)
Wonderful tutorial, thank you very much. But how did you make particles with the out of focus effect correspond with the camera. So as to do the correct motion? Thank you
Thank you so much Jeffery! The motion was easy to do, as we exported the camera from C4D to AE via Cineware - so it uses the same motion, focal length, etc. All you need to do is match the position of where the particles should be. The out of focus effect was more tricky: although Particular can use the AE camera DOF settings, they were different and also created using the depth mattes. So in short: I created three particle layers in the final version: one close, one far and on in the "middle" which then was in focus, all the other were defocused. Not necessarily physically correct but pretty - and that is what mattered to me. Hope this helps!
kenn kenn thanks so much for being interested in doing an internship! It’s tricky to answer as it depends on a few factors. Please send me a dm via Instagram or through my website.
